发动机连杆裂解工艺参数确定及数值模拟

【摘要】 近年来,汽车工业飞速发展,国内外对连杆制造方法及技术都给予了极大的关注。发动机连杆裂解技术作为一种连杆加工新工艺,于20世纪90年代在汽车工业发达国家逐渐发展起来,并逐渐应用于大规模生产领域,是对传统连杆加工工艺的重大变革,已成为一个国家发动机连杆制造业发展水平的重要标志。国外对裂解技术研究的比较深入,国内有几家公司也采用了连杆裂解工艺,但是多数从国外引进成套设备,而且连杆材料都是进口的,可以说核心技术一直被国外垄断。国内逐渐在开展连杆裂解工艺的研究。目前在实际生产中还存在撕裂、裂不开、掉渣、断裂面变形等裂解缺陷,影响产品质量稳定性,而影响连杆裂解质量的因素很多,但目前各种因素对连杆裂解质量的影响机理还不明确,对裂解力能参数的选用主要依靠经验,尚无理论支持。本论文主要研究发动机连杆裂解工艺,根据已知的一些连杆裂解影响因素,对适合裂解的连杆材料进行了综合分析,分析了钢中各组成化学成分对力学性能和物理性能的影响,针对新型裂解连杆材料C70S6钢,对捷达EA827发动机配套连杆进行了准静态裂解理论分析,并且利用SPH无网格方法对此进行了数值模拟分析,利用APDL开发了基于ANSYS的求解连杆裂解应力强度因子模块和参数化建模模块。通过数值模拟,分析了应力集中程度,得出了预制裂解槽张角、曲率半径、槽深对裂解力及几何形状因子的影响曲线。通过以上分析和研究,确定了一种新的连杆裂解研究方法,并且得到了一些工艺参数的影响规律,对ANSYS二次开发进行了探索,将对以后的研究提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the automobile industry flies to develop soon, themanufacturing method and techniques of connecting rod has pay tremendousconcern by the domestic and international. As a new technique of connectingrod, fracture splitting technique has been developed gradually at someautomobile developed country in 1990’s, and is apply in gradually large-scaleproduce realm, is important change to the tradition techniques of connecting rod ,have become the important mark that a nation launches engine connecting rodmanufacturing industry development level.Fracture splitting skill has been researched deeply by abroad. Although thefracture splitting technology of connecting rod has been accepted in manymobile manufacture companies in domestic, the most equipments has importfrom abroad, even the materials have import. The core technique has alwaysbeen monopolized by foreigner. The domestic also start the research of thetechniques. There are still a lots of problems, including post-splitting,non-splitting, the distortion of splitting face etc in recent product. Thoseproblems influence the quality stability of products. But the influencepercentages on the results of fracture splitting of connecting rod are many more,But right now how those influence percentages on the splitting results ofconnecting rod are not obvious. The selection of fracture splitting forceparameter mainly depends on experience and no theory can abide by.In this paper aim at the technique of fracture splitting of engine connectingrod, the materials fitting to fracture splitting have been analysed, according tosome influence factors that the former has researched. The influence that thechemistry compositions to the mechanics function and the physical function insteel have been analyzed. The theory of quasistatic fracture splitting of suitableconnecting rod for engine EA827 has been studied. Aimed at the new materialC70S6, the quasistatic procedure has been numerical simulation analyzed bySPH non-mesh method. The solved stress intensity factor module andparameterize model building module have been developed based ANSYS byAPDL. Through the numerical simulation analysis, the stress concentrationstatus before the crack splits has been researched, and the have been found. Therelationships between fracture splitting force 、 factor and opening angle,curvature radius、the depth of crackle groove have been carried out.Through analysis and research above, a new study method of fracturesplitting of connecting rod has been confirmed, some variable regularity oftechnics parameters have been obtained. Secondary development of ANSYS hasbeen searched. All of them will be advantage with future study work.
