武汉市公交车行驶工况及发动机循环工况的研究

【摘要】 车辆行驶工况以及发动机循环工况主要用于车辆及发动机性能的评价,其能否反映车辆及发动机在特定交通条件下的真实工况直接关系到能否对车辆和发动机的经济性能和排放性能进行合理的评价。而能否对车辆及发动机的经济性和排放性进行准确测试和合理评价,又直接影响到能否对车辆及发动机的经济性和排放性进行合理有效的优化。 本文以武汉市公交车为研究对象,在进行道路试验的基础上,利用多元统计理论建立了能够反映武汉市公交车实际运行特征的行驶工况,并利用理论模型和道路试验相结合的方法,对行驶工况的有效性进行了验证。然后对武汉市公交车的车速分布、转速分布以及扭矩分布规律进行了分析。最后,结合试验结果建立了城市公交车发动机台架试验循环。本文主要研究工作包括: (1)武汉市公交车道路试验方案的确定。该部分主要包括试验线路的选择,测试系统的组建以及传感器的标定等内容。 (2)武汉市公交车行驶工况的建立。该部分主要包括国内外车辆行驶工况解析方法的对比分析,用于建立武汉市公交车行驶工况的方法的确立和行驶工况解析程序的开发,公交车车速、发动机转速以及发动机扭矩概率分布模型的建立以及影响公交车平均车速因素的探讨。 (3)武汉市公交车行驶工况有效性验证。该部分主要介绍了利用AVLCRUISE建立整车仿真模型的基本流程,并通过整车的加速性能试验和等速油耗试验对整车模型的精度进行了标定,最后通过对比模拟计算结果和试验统计结果对建立的公交车行驶工况的有效性进行了验证。 (4)发动机试验循环工况的建立。该部分主要通过对道路试验中发动机工况测试的结果进行统计分析,建立了更接近城市公交车发动机实际工况分布的发动机台架试验循环(15工况),并通过台架试验对建立的发动机循环工况的有效性进行了试验验证。

【Abstract】 Driving Cycle and Duty Cycle are mainly applied on the evaluation of the vehicle and engine performance. So in order to make an accurate evaluation on the fuel economy and emission level of the vehicle and engine, the driving cycle and duty cycle have to represent the real condition of the vehicle and engine. Then whether the evaluation on the fuel economy and emission of the vehicle is reasonable or not will directly affect the fuel economy and emission optimization of the vehicle and engine.The Wuhan city bus was chosen as the study target. Based on the vehicle field test, the muti-statistic method was used to develop the driving cycle that can represent the real condition of the Wuhan city bus. And the theory model and field test were used together to validate the developed driving cycle. Then the analysis on the city velocity distribution of the city bus, the speed distribution and torque distribution of the engine were made. At last, the duty cycle of engine was developed depended on the test results. The main tasks covered by this paper as follow:(1) Decision on the test procedure of the Wuhan city bus. This part including the choice of the test road, the establishment of the field test equipment and the calibration of the sensor.(2) Development of the Wuhan city bus driving cycle. In this part, the methods that are applied to develop the driving cycle of the vehicle were analyzed. Then, the method used to develop the driving cycle of the city bus was confirmed and the program of synthesizing the driving cycle was developed. At last, the distribution probability model of the velocity, speed and torque was developed and the factors that affect the average velocity of the bus were discussed.(3) The validation on the validity of the driving cycle was made. In this part, the work flow of establish the vehicle simulation model by AVL CRUISE was introduced and based on the acceleration test and fuel economy test, the vehicle simulation model was calibrated. At last, the simulation results were compared with the test Stat. results to confirm the validity of the city bus driving cycle.(4) Development of the engine duty cycle. In this part, the field test results related to the engine duty cycle was analyzed and based on the stat. results, the duty cycle (15 mode cycle) then can represent the real working condition of the engine installed on the city bus was developed. And the validity of the duty cycle was confirmed by engine bench test.
