基于VR的板坯连铸机仿真技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国经济的快速增长,特别是工业和基本建设的加速,促进了钢铁工业的发展。但连铸项目的投资大、周期长,其规划和设计牵涉技术、经济、社会环境等多方面的因素,因此给连铸机的设计及其设备配置的科学决策带来一定的难度。使用传统的设计手段和方法进行设计已明显不适应连铸市场的发展,面对目前国内外连铸市场日趋激烈的竞争,必须采用新的设计理念和新的设计方法,才能在最短的时间内使设计方案达到满足客户的需求。 近年来,虚拟现实技术已成为计算机科学与其它技术科学领域中研究和开发的热点,其应用也越来越广泛。本文依托凌源钢铁集团公司一机二流板坯连铸机工程开展研究,通过对板坯连铸机工艺流程及设计规划的分析,建立的虚拟板坯连铸机模型,使其在设计期间便能直观地了解到设备结构和投产后实际运行的性能和生产效率,对方案进行评价。通过仿真过程的三维图形的实时动态显示可启发设计者的思维,探索设计方案可能存在的问题,及时提出解决办法,从而避免设计中的失误。提高设计质量,缩短设计和制造周期,能最大的节约设计规划成本。 本文对国内外虚拟现实技术在板坯连铸机设计中的研究及应用情况进行了综述,阐明了对板坯连铸机设计方案进行仿真分析的现实意义。将虚拟现实技术、机械设计技术与板坯热力学仿真结合起来,系统分析了板坯连铸机的特点及需求,提出板坯连铸机虚拟仿真软件的开发思路,并对实现的关键技术进行分析,如机械运动中的碰撞检测、人机交互对仿真过程的控制、仿真统计结果的实时输出等。 通过对板坯连铸机系统进行分析,二次开发建立结晶器、结晶器振动装置、大包、扇形段辊道、旋转辊道等机械设备模型,实现场景的虚拟环境三维模型库。在模型库的基础上建立了整个系统的场景模型。对板坯连铸机作业过程进行分析,利用Vega函数库、OpenGL函数库、在VC++6.0上进行开发,对模型进行驱动,进行二次开发实现了对板坯连铸仿真系统过程的实时参数输入、结果输出等控制。 应用人机交互技术为用户提供方便的输入输出及虚拟场景的浏览功能,使用者可以通过键盘方向键、菜单、快捷键等方式进行漫游,从而加深对设计方案的了解,启发设计者的思维。

【Abstract】 In recent years, China’s rapid economic growth, particularly in industrial and infrastructure, accelerate and promote the development of iron and steel industry. However, continuous metal casting large investment projects, long cycle, the planning and design involves technical, economic, social environmental factors, and therefore to the continuous metal casting machine design and equipment configurations bring certain scientific decision-making more difficult. The use of traditional design tools and methodologies for design has apparently not continuous metal casting market development, in the face of current and continuous metal casting increasingly fierce market competition, we must adopt a new design idea and new designs methods in the shortest possible time will enable the design of programs to meet customer demands.In recent years, virtual reality technology has become a computer science and other technical fields of scientific research and development of hot spots, its applications have become increasingly widespread. This article depend on theexample——The Ling Yuan steel company’s two strand slab caster——to went on aengineering research. Through to slab caster technique processes and design analysis, the establishment of virtual slab caster models in the design period can understand visual equipment to the structure and operation of the actual operating performance and production efficiency of program evaluation. Through simulated real-time dynamic process 3D graphics inspired designers can show the mentality and explore design options that may exist, timely solutions, thus avoiding design mistakes. Improved design quality, reduced design and manufacturing cycle, the largest savings can design planning costs.The virtual reality technology in the domestic and international slab caster design, research and application of a general overview and explained the design of the slab caster simulation analysis of the relevance of the program will be virtual reality technology, mechanical design technology and continuous casting thermodynamic simulation combined analysis of slab caster characteristics andneeds, make slab caster virtual simulation software development ideas, and to achieve key technical analysis, such as mechanical movement collision detection, computer simulation of the world to process control, real-time simulation results export.Slab caster systems through the analysis of continuous metal casting, a secondary development of crystallizer, crystallizer’s vibration devices, ladles, pie slice roller, spinning roller mechanical equipment models, and achieve environmental 3D models for virtual scenes. In the model based on the model of the system as a whole scene, Continuous metal casting process for the analysis of aircraft operations, the use of the Vega function, the function of OpenGL, in VC++6.0 for development of model-driven development for the realization of the Second Slab caster systems process real-time continuous metal casting simulation parameters input, such as export control results.Applications for computer users the world to facilitate the importation of technology and export of virtual scenes browse function users can keyboard direction keys, menu, fast way to get roaming, thus deepening the understanding of the design plan, inspired designers thinking.
