【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展,世界各国之间在经济综合实力上的竞争日趋激烈。大量事实表明,一国国际竞争力的强弱直接决定了该国在世界经济中的地位,而各国的国际竞争力,从根本上说,是由其各产业国际竞争力的强弱决定的。中国医药制造业在改革开放近30年以来通过引进、消化国外先进技术,国际竞争力不断增强,但在R&D投入强度、技术创新能力、生产集中度和市场营销等方面与世界先进水平还存在较大差距。现今全球医药品市场快速增长和国际贸易环境的改善,为中国医药制造业提供了良好的发展机遇。在现有条件下,利用既有比较优势,抢抓世界制造业向发展中国家尤其是向中国转移的机会,着力提高中国医药制造业的国际竞争力,使我国在新世纪里能有一前所未有的跨越式大发展,对于我国“十一五”规划的实现至关重要。 本文在借鉴国内外专家学者对产业竞争力研究的基础上,结合中国医药制造业发展的现状,对中国医药制造业竞争力进行了研究。全文共分6个部分,其结构和主要内容概括如下: 第一部分是导论。这部分简要的介绍了产业竞争力的研究背景和意义,并在介绍国内外研究现状的基础上,阐明了医药制造业的具体内涵。 第二部分是对有关产业竞争力的基本理论和评价方法的回顾,这一部分有四方面的内容:一是国内外产业竞争力的研究现状,也即产业竞争力的理论渊源,主要介绍了古典贸易理论、克鲁格曼的新贸易理论和波特的竞争优势理论等与产业竞争力的关系;二是产业竞争力的理论框架,阐明了产业竞争力的经济学含义;三是对前人所作的产业竞争力的评价理论作了简要概括;四是对医药制造业相关的高技术产业竞争力理论的简单介绍。 第三部分是对中国医药制造业国际竞争力的现状分析。首先简要的回顾了自改革开放以来中国医药制造业的发展里程;然后,在此基础上具体地分析了我国医药制造业的发展特点,也即中国医药制造业国际竞争力的影响因素分析;最后,结合中国医药制造业的发展现状,从知识产权、降低关税税率、放宽外资限制三个方面分析了中国加入WTO对我国医药制造业的深刻影响。 第四部分是对中国医药制造业国际竞争力的评价和分析。从竞争实力、竞更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy globalization, the competition of integrated economic strength among different nations in the world becomes more and more fierce. Many facts show that the international competitive capability of a country directly decedes its position in the world economy. However, different nations’ compititive power are actually determined by their various industries’competitive capability. After almost 30 years’ reform and open, the international competitive power of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry increases gradually by importing and absorbing advanced foreign technologies. But there is still big gap compared with international advanced level in the aspects of R&D strength, technological innovation, industrial consentration ratio, marketing and so on. There is a good developing opporunity for Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry because of nowadays rapidly growing global medical products and the improvement of international trade environment. In order to realize an unprecedented great national development in the new century, it is very important for our " 11^th 5 — year Programme " to take advantage of comparative edges, hold the chance of world manufacture industries’ diverting to developing countries, especially China, and heighten the international competitive power in manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical industry under the existing conditions.On the basis of using abroad and domestic experts and scholars’ study on competitive power of industrids for reference, combined with present developing situation of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry, the dissertation discusses the development of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry. The whole dissertation is composed of 6 parts, the brief stucture and main content as following:Chapter 1 is the introductory remarks. It simply presents the background and the significance of the study on competitice power of industries, and then clarifies the concrete connotation of medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry on the base of introducing current study abroad and at home.Chapter 2 reviews the related basic theories and evaluation on competitive power of industries. This chapter is carried out in the following 4 parts: General studies on competitive power of industries abroad and at home, that is the origins of the theories, mainly presenting the relationship between classical trade theory, Krugman’s new trade theory, Poter’s theory of competitive edges and the competitivepower of industries;The framework of industries’ competitive power, expounding the economic intension of industries’ competitive power;The simple summary of predecessors’ appraisal principles on competitive power of industries;Simple elaboration of the theories on competitive power of high-tech industries related with medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry.Chapter 3 analyzes the present situation of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry’s competitive power. First, it simply reviews the development course of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry since reform and open;Then, on the basis of that, it concretely analyzes the development features of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry, that is, the infiuencial factors of competitive power on Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry;Finally, according to the current situation of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry, it analyzes the profound effects of joining the WTO on Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry from the points of intellectual property rights, reducing custom rates and relaxation of restriction of FDI.Chapter 4 is the evaluation analyze of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry’s competitive power. It makes a completely international comparative research on the competitive strength, competitive potential power and competitive environment of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry by a set of appraisal indexes like capital taxes ratio, output taxes ratio, labor productivity, increase rate of output, sales profits ratio, TC, R&D input, the amount of patents and so on. And then calculates the proportions of factors which have great effects on improvement of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry’s competitive power by statistic method. In this process, we can easily find the gap and the problems of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry’s competitive power, comparing with the developed countries.Chapter 5 gives out respective proposal of improving the development countermeasures according to the developing problems of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry. It is made up of 5 parts: total innovation strategy;seting up economy of scale;quicken up the reform step of Chinese medical and pharmaceutical manufacture industry according to the changes in the market;human resource strstegy;making suitable industry policies from the state view of macro level.Chapter 6 is the ending.更多还原
