外台阶截面环件轧制成形规律研究

【摘要】 环件轧制是一种生产高机械性能无缝环件的特种加工工艺,它是通过对环形截面的局部连续轧制,将小直径厚截面的环形毛坯逐渐轧制成大直径的薄截面的环件,它具有省力,节能、节材、生产率高、生产成本低、产品范围广等显著特点。目前,对于截面形状简单的矩形截面环件轧制成形理论和技术设计方法的研究已取得了丰富成果,因而也大大促进了这类环件轧制成形技术的生产应用和发展。而关于异形截面环件轧制成形理论和技术设计方法的研究尚处于起步阶段,远远不能满足其轧制成形生产发展的需要。就环件轧制技术应用现状和发展趋势看,异形截面环件轧制成形已迅速成为环件轧制技术的一个重要发展方向,同时也是一个亟待解决的环件轧制技术难题。台阶截面环件轧制作为火车轮、自行车圈、轴承环、管道法兰盘、管道联接件等部件的主要生产方式,应用极广。轧制台阶截面环件常遇到的问题是如何保证当环件外径达到规定尺寸时,环件材料恰好充满孔型,形成理想的截面形状。 本文基于环件轧制理论和弹塑性有限元理论,建立了台阶截面环件轧制过程有限元分析计算模型,并使用动力显式算法进行了计算。研究了台阶截面环件轧制过程中咬入条件、锻透条件以及刚度条件。基于通用大型有限元ABAOUS软件平台,采用ABAQUS提供的动力显式算法,运用有限元程序Abaqus/Explicit对其成形过程进行模拟分析,研究了工艺参数对轧制成形结果的影响规律,分别就不同进给速度和摩擦系数对环件金属轴向流动的影响进行了分析;同时研究了几何尺寸对轧制成形结果的影响规律,并分析了工艺参数对轧制力矩的影响规律。最后,对导向辊与水平轴的夹角对金属的轴向流动及应力分布进行了分析,得出随着夹角的增大金属的轴向流动量越大。通过对台阶截面环件轧制成形规律的研究为台阶截面环件的轧制生产提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Ring rolling is a specialized rolling process for manufacturing seamless rings, in which the diameter of the ring increases as the ring cross-section decreases by rolling. It has many characteristics such as saving forming force, production cost, increasing utilization ratio of energy and material, rising productivity and widening processing range of ring products etc. Nowadays, many production has been obtained about rectangle section ring’s rolling theory and designing methods, and advanced the rectangle section ring’s application and development. But the rolling theory and design methods of abnormity section ring are scarce, and it is not sufficient for need of development. According to applications actuality and development current of ring rolling, abnormity section ring rolling has developed an important development orientation rapidly, and at the same time it is a question that needs to be settled immediately. As train wheels, bike rims, bearing ring, piping flange tray and piping link piece etc, ring with outer stepped is applied widely. One of the questions when rolling ring with outer stepped cross-section is how to guarantee metal full of model when geometry dimension reach to stated dimension, and form perfect section shape.In this paper, based on the theories of elastic-plastic finite element method and the theories of ring rolling, the calculation model of stepped cross section ring rolling processes has been established and calculated by dynamic algorithm finite element program. The condition of bite, penetration, invalidation is investigated respectively. On the base of ABAQUS operating flat, and simulate plastic deformation characteristic in the process of ring with outer stepped cross-section on the base of explicit dynamics method that ABAQUS provide, and investigate the influence rule of technics parameters, simulate the process of ring rolling using different feeding velocity and different friction coefficient, and at the same time investigate the influence rule of geometry dimension to rolling result. The influence rule of technics parameters to rolling moment is investigated too. In the end, the influence law of guide roll position to metal axial-flow is analysed, the result show, metal axial-flow increase with the angle increasing, the results of this paper provide theory basis of ring with outer stepped cross-section.
