嵌入式图像采集系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着多媒体技术和网络技术的发展,嵌入式图像采集系统的研究与实现越来越受到人们的重视。目前,图像的采集设备大都是以个人计算机为核心来进行处理的。利用计算机强大的处理能力和通用的接口,设计专用的图像采集卡来采集图像,应用非常广泛。但因其体积庞大、成本高,携带不便,因此许多户外场合下PC机并不适合于图像的采集,在这种背景下,设计一种轻便小巧的采集系统来采集、存储并显示所需的图像成为市场所需。 本文主要研究了基于ARM核嵌入式图像采集系统的可行性,提出了相应的开发目标和性能参数,并在此基础上主要给出了基于处理器S3C44BOX的图像采集的总体方案、硬件设计和电路原理图和相应的底层软件模块;具体包括图像的数字化,即视频A/D转换模块,此部分采用PHILIPS公司的高性能SAA7114H作为视频编码的主要芯片,它是一款高度集成且功能强大的图像解码集成电路;数字量存储所需时钟匹配模块;触摸屏作为输入控制的液晶显示模块,并在此硬件基础上嵌入UC/GUI以便设计友好的多媒体人机界面;当手接触触摸屏时,利用S3C44BOX模拟SPI总线对触摸屏控制芯片ADS7843写入控制字来实现中断控制;还讨论了此ARM系统与PC机之间的远程网络通信模块,研究了系统网络传输的实现方案——采用RTL8019AS芯片,在此基础上嵌入TCP/IP协议,整个设计中充分考虑到整个视频采集系统的通用性,使得该系统可以作为一个通用的视频采集的硬件平台,该系统还具有较好的可扩展性,容易在此基础上进行二次开发。 毋庸质疑,嵌入式系统技术式目前电子产品设计领域最为热门的技术之一,目前已经广泛地应用于军事国防、消费电子、网络通信、工业控制等各个领域。此套硬件系统可应用于LCD显示屏、桌面视频、多媒体、数字电视机、图像处理、可视电话和远程户外图像采集等领域。 论文最后论述了整个图像采集系统的调试和实验工作。实验结果表明整个图像采集系统基本上达到了系统设计中所给出的性能指标,证明了整个系统设计的正确性和合理性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of multimedia technology and computer networks, the research and realization of gathering images have been highlighted in embedded systems. Currently, Using its powerful processing capability and overall interface to design the image collection card, the equipments of images collecting system are mostly based on personal computer, and the application is very extensive.However, because of his huge size、 high costs、 inconvenience.In many outdoor occasions, Personal computers are not suitable for the images collection, in such environment, the dedication to design of a portable image collection system became necessary for the market.In this thesis,The feasibility of realizing an embedded image collection system is investigated, A scheme of image collection based on S3C44B0X is designed. The corresponding hardware, circuit elements chart and the substrate software module are proposed, Aiming at the digitalization of video image, the liquid crystal display (LCD) and storage of image, as well as the transferring of collected images by computer, with the chip S3C44B0X as the chief processing chip, the system mainly includes A/D convert circuit, LCD and touch screen circuit, and The embedded networks transmission .at the same time, The uC/OS operation system with S3C44B0X chip is designed so that a thin body web server is formed. In the whole design the flexility of image collection is considered sufficiently, so the whole system can be used as a general image collection flatform. This flatform can be used to realize any compressing algorithms or protocols. This system has an excellent expansibility and is easy to be developed secondly.The techniques of embedded system became the most popular technique in electronic realm currently, which have already broadly been applied in the military national defense, consume electronics, network correspondence, industry control etc. each realm. From my thesis, This set of hardware system can be applied in LCD manifestation, the desktop video pattern, multimedia teaching, digital television, picture handle, screen phone and collecting videoand frequency signal, and the outdoor image collection etc.At the end of this thesis, the debugging and testing of the entire embedded image collection based web server is demonstrated. The experiments show that this compression system can reach those targets required initially. And the results prove that the design is correct.
