基于GPRS的远程心电监护系统研究

【摘要】 随着生活水平的提高,人类的寿命在不断增加,社会老龄化加剧,老年人的健康成了越来越受重视的社会问题。心脑血管疾病是威胁人类特别是老年人生命安全的主要疾病,目前心脏病成了世界上死亡率最高的疾病。很多心脏病患者在发病前并无明显征兆,但会有不适感觉,只不过这种感觉常被忽略,以至酿成悲剧。如果有一种心电监护设备可以随时随地监测患者心电信号,并能迅速传送给专业医护人员,由他们提供及时而正确的诊断和医疗指导,或许就能避免悲剧的发生。 信息和通讯技术的发展特别是无线通讯技术的飞速发展为实现远程监护提供了必要的条件。本文提出了一种基于GPRS无线通讯的远程心电监护方案,可方便地监测病人心电信号并通过GPRS方式将心电信号传输给远程的监护中心,由医护人员及时进行诊断和救助。本系统可降低患者发病时的危险性,为患者的生命安全提供保障。 本监护系统包括用户监护终端和远端的医院监护中心。用户终端包括心电采集电路,数据处理模块,无线通讯模块。心电采集模块通过心电导联采集使用者心电信号并对其进行放大、滤波、增益调节等;经采集和简单处理后的心电信号送入以TMS320LF2407A为处理器,以μC/OS-Ⅱ为操作系统的信号处理单元进行进一步的处理和分析,做出基本诊断。根据诊断结果的不同系统通过不同颜色的指示灯显示,并在心电异常和用户手动发送时由GPRS模块MC39I以无线方式连接Internet网络,登录远程医院监护中心服务器,在进行身份认证后把记录的心电数据发送给远程的医院监护中心服务器,以获得专业的诊断和指导。远程监护中心使用PC机和上位机软件作为服务器,通过Internet接收用户终端经GPRS无线网络传输过来的心电数据并显示心电波形,由专门的医务人员负责诊断和处理。最后由监护中心委派医护人员上门护理或与被监护人通话以告知诊断结果及应当采取的医疗措施。本系统采用GPRS无线通讯方式,解决了移动性、使用方便。GPRS网络支持最高171.2kbp/s的数据传输速度,目前是我国已投入使用的、覆盖范围最广、速度最快的无线通讯网络。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of living standards, people are more ligneous than ever before. There are more and more elders in the society, heart and cerebrovascular diseases have become a serious menace to human life, cardiopathy has become the highest mortality disease on the world. If there is an ECG monitoring equipment which can test patient’s ECG signal conveniently, and quickly transmit the ECG signal data to health center when ECG is abnormal, doctors of the care center will provide medical guidance to patient timely, and cardiopathy patients will be safer.The rapid development of information technology and communication, especially the improvement of mobile communication makes it possible to realize remote ECG monitoring. In this thesis, I introduce the scheme of remote ECG monitoring system based on GPRS. It can monitor the patient’s ECG and send ECG data to the health care center, the doctor of the center will quickly make some diagnosis, and give some rescue to the patient. This system can make the cardiopathy patients safer.The ECG monitoring system includes user monitoring terminal and hospital care center. User terminal includes ECG collection module, signal processing unit, and GPRS module. ECG collection module collect ECG signal and make some processing, such as magnifying, disturbance flitting, and gain control. The collected ECG signal will be sent to signal processing unit, whose CPU is TMS320LF2407A, Operating System is μC/OS-Ⅱ. The unit will process ECG signal, make a diagnosis, and display different results with light emitting diodes in different colors. When the ECG is abnormal or the user wants the ECG to be diagnosed by doctor, DSP will send ECG data to hospital care center by GPRS module MC39I. The PC server of care center will receive ECG signal and display it, and the doctor will give the patient a diagnosis and tell the patient what to do. If necessary a doctor will go to rescue the patient.In the system ECG data was transmitted by GPRS, it is wireless and very convenient for patient to use. GPRS can provide a high transmission speed (MAX: 171.2kbp/s), which is the highest-speed, practical and most widely used mobile network in China.
