ADIC生产自动线智能电控系统的研制

Research on the ADIC Automatic Production Line Intelligent Electrical Control System

【摘要】 文中所述ADIC(Automotive Dry Ignition Coil)是现代汽车电器的新型产品。研制高性价比的ADIC产品及其生产自动线,不仅具有学术研究价值,而且亦具有工程应用价值。 此ADIC的运作原理基于电磁感应原理,其实质上是一种特殊脉冲变压器。其磁路和电路设计蕴含“新意”,分别采用“三环三柱三隙”型磁路结构和“三绕组三方数三接点”及其可扩展型电路结构,输出电压高、点火能量大。 此ADIC生产自动线智能电控系统由清洗→绕线→中检→接线→合成→预烘→灌封→固化→终测这九个工段组成。其中,绕线、灌封、固化、测试这四大部分是该生产自动线的主体,亦是核心部分,其电控系统基于智能数控技术、智能变频技术、智能传感技术和智能检测技术实现自动化和智能化运作。 此ADIC生产自动线智能绕线电控系统,利用单片机配合外围设施与软件,实现智能化数控,控制步进电机实施排线和跳槽,还控制变频器支配异步电动机实施调控绕线速度及每槽分布的层数、圈数。 此ADIC生产自动线智能灌封电控系统,采用BP(Back Propagation)神经网络进行故障诊断与监控,从而提高产品生产质量。 此ADIC生产自动线智能固化电控系统,利用818控制器受理固化炉中传感器组件送来的炉中实时温度信号,并同所设定的时段温度信号进行比较处理,从而控制固化炉自动按要求调温,且自动记忆相关信息和打印温/时曲线图。 此ADIC生产自动线智能检测电控系统是基于虚拟仪器智能设施和PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect)总线进行运作的。 文中所述ADIC产品及其生产自动线经过一年的精心研制,已于2005年8月正式投产运行,至今半年多的运行情况表明,电控系统运行安全可靠,效果良好,并且产品性能优越(该产品已申报专利),完全达到了预期设计要求。 此电控系统是电气学、电子学、电脑学、电磁学、控制学、人工智能学和自动检测学等学科理论与技术交叉融合的一个应用型研究课题,虽然取得了上述成果,但应该说还可以更深入一步进行探究,可能会获得更优化的结果。

【Abstract】 This article describes the new type of modern cars electrical products. The development of high price performance ratio ADIC products and automatic production line is of academic research value, but also works with application value.This ADIC based on the principles of the operation principles of electromagnetic induction. It’s magnetic circuit and circuit design contains "novelty". Applied respectively the "three loops, three columns, three air gap" magnetic circuit structure and the "three windings three cube three joints" structure and its extensible circuits, high output voltage and ignition energy strong.This ADIC automated production line intelligent electrical control system is composed of cleaning→winding→intermediate testing→wiring connection→iron core Joint→prebake→embedding→olidification→end testing. It has nine construction section. The winding, embedding, solidification and testing the four portion is the most principal and core components of automatic production line. Its call control system based on intelligent digital technology, intelligent frequency conversion technology, intelligent sensor technology and intelligent testing technology automation and intelligent operation.This ADIC automated production line intelligent winging control system using single chip microcomputer controller.It control the steppter motor’s movement, followed by spaces control emission line and switch slots,also control transducer to dominated asynchronous motor the rotational speed, thereby automatically required for the speed and control to wind thread every few shafts designated distribution winding circle.This ADIC automated production line intelligent embedding control system using Back Propagation neural networks to diagnostic and monitoring some fault improving the quality of the products.This ADIC automated production line intelligent solidification control system, using 818 controller admissibility solidification temperature signal thermal air currents are constantly mobile, and compare with the set temperature, control solidification automatic adjust temperature and automatic memory related information and print temperature / time curve maps.This ADIC automated production line intelligent testing control system is based on the intelligent of virtual testing equipment facilities and PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus operation.ADIC products and automatic production lines described in the text research design a year allout, was officially put into operation in August 2005 operation. So far more than half a year of operation has shown that safe and reliable operation of intelligent electrical control system, the results were very good, and superior product performance (patent pending), fully achieved the expected design requirements.This electrical system is electrical science, electronics, computer science, electromagnetics, control science, photovoltaic science, artificial intelligence,learning and automatic detection of cross-disciplinary integration of a technology applied research topics. Despite these achievements, but should also be said that more in-depth research carried out step may be more optimized result.
