面向铸造业网络化制造的ASP平台研究

【摘要】 ASP(Application Service Provider)随着信息技术和网络技术的发展应运而生,它是满足制造业信息化、网络化制造需求的一种新的服务模式,是经济全球化及现代制造业发展的要求。通过ASP平台建立的面向区域或行业企业群的服务体系,可以协助企业以较低的成本提高其信息化应用水平,提高企业的竞争能力,提高企业参与经济全球化的程度与水平。 本文结合国家“863”研究项目,在详细分析了我国铸造行业特点及铸造企业需求的基础上,研究了面向铸造行业网络化制造的ASP平台系统结构及其关键实现技术。 本文的主要研究内容包括: 1、ASP平台服务模式及支持技术研究 研究了ASP平台以应用为中心、以集中管理和一对多服务等为特点的服务模式,分析了ASP平台的软件架构以及相关支持技术。 2、铸造行业ASP平台体系结构研究 根据我国铸造行业的需求特点,提出了面向铸造行业网络化制造的ASP平台的应用模式和商务模式,并构建了ASP平台的系统结构。 3、铸造行业ASP平台功能模块设计及实现 为满足铸造企业网络化制造的需求,对铸造行业ASP平台的功能进行了分析,并详细讨论了用户注册、铸造信息服务、行业产品展示及软件资源管理等模块的功能及实现方法。 4、ASP系统的实施 针对ASP系统在实施中的优势及存在的问题进行分析,指出了ASP系统的实施步骤。 本论文开发了适合广大铸造企业的ASP平台,满足了铸造行业的网络化制造需求,加快了企业的信息化进程,提高了企业的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 ASP developed by the development of information technology and network technology, it is a new serve method that content the demand of manufacturing information and network manufacturing. It can greatly decrease manufacturing cost by using ASP platform in some areas. Through ASP system enterprise can improve its competition abilities participate in worldwide business.This paper joined with the "863" planning research term on ASP system that oriented to casting enterprise based on analysed casting industry and casting enterprise’s requirement.The main research contents of the thesis are as follow: 1 、 The modes ASP platform works and it’s support technologiesThe researches are focus on how ASP works, integrated management, the methods of one to multi serve methods, also the analysis of ASP platform structure and basic support technologies are also involved in the unit.2、 The architecture of ASP platform that oriented to casting industryThe application model and business mode are put forward and the architecture of ASP platform oriented to casting industry is established.3 、 Modules design on ASP platform oriented to casting industryThe function modules of ASP platform have been designed based on application requirement of casting industry, including user register, casting information serves, casting products display and software resource management.4 、 ASP system implement and it’s development trendsIt is very important to solve the problems that involved in implement of ASP system, the implement steps is discussed in details.The paper discuss the ASP platform that offer diversified information services for the casting enterprises, it can improve the competition abilities by using network manufacturing technology —ASP platform.更多还原
