导弹半实物仿真系统误差分析

【摘要】 半实物仿真是武器系统研制中必不可少的研究手段,经过验证的半实物仿真系统在武器系统研制定型中发挥着重要的作用。 论文以某导弹半实物仿真系统为研究对象,对半实物仿真系统进行误差分析,确定主要的误差源,研究各项误差对仿真结果的影响。研究的主要内容如下: 首先,通过理论分析建立仿真系统中各主要组成部分的理论模型,包括导弹、目标模拟器和转台的理论模型:以得到的理论模型为基础,通过对各设备输入跃阶激励信号得到其阶跃响应数据,运用参数辨识法估计其模型参数,建立起各设备的实际数学模型; 然后,详细分析了仿真系统的误差源,确定出对系统影响最大的误差项。重点研究了目标模拟器误差和转台误差产生的原因、在仿真过程中的传递机制和对仿真结果的影响。并以目标模拟器俯仰摆镜误差为例,将其数学模型加入到某导弹三自由度数字仿真回路中观察它对仿真结果的影响,试验结果证明摆镜误差确实增大了仿真结果的偏差。 最后,在分析半实物仿真系统误差的基础上,进一步讨论了仿真系统有效性验证的问题。介绍了VV&A的相关概念和基本验证方法,并运用层次分析法对某半实物仿真系统有效性进行了验证,结果证实了该系统的有效性。
【Abstract】 Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) is an essential research means in the weapon system development. Accredited HILS system plays an important role in weapon system development and design finalizing.This paper takes a Missile HILS system as the research object, analyses it’s error, ascertains it’s main source of error, and investigates all kind of error’s affection to the result of simulation. The main content of this paper is:First, the theoretical model of the main components in simulation system is established through theoretically analyzing. Based on the theoretical model, we gives the simulation devices Step-Signal and measures it’s Step Response, using System Identification method to estimate the parameter of the models, then establishes the actual models of the devices.Then, this paper analyzes the error source of the simulation system in detail, identifies the most influential error factor. After that, this paper researches the reason of target simulator’s error and single axis simulator’s error and it’s transmission mechanism in the simulating process and it’s influence. Then, it takes error of the target simulator’s pitch mirror as an example, put the model into an missile three Degree of Freedom simulation system and investigate it’s affection, the results proved that the error of pitch mirror increased the error of simulation.Finally, based on the analysis of HILS system, this paper ulteriorly discuses the problem about model Validation. The paper introduces some basic concept and method of model Validation, and then uses hierarchy process to evaluate credibility of missile simulation systems, the result proved the system’s validity.
