弯边零件下陷区域展开技术研究

【摘要】 飞机框肋类零件数量、种类繁多,具有各种形状的弯边结构,加工此类零件前需要对零件进行展开以便下料。合理地计算出零件的毛坯形状,不仅能节省原材料,还能减少成形后工件的修边工作量,达到降低生产成本和提高成形质量的目的。弯边零件的展开是急需解决的问题。 结合项目,本文详细地研究了CATIA二次开发技术,并将其应用到框肋类零件弯边展开技术中,完成了软件的开发。 飞机钣金零件中有一类零件带有下陷,下陷区域展开困难,目前主要采用经验方法展开,精度不高。本文分析了下陷结构的特点并以几何模拟法为理论基础提出了下陷展开方案,使用CAA对CATIA进行二次开发,完成了弯边零件下陷区域展开功能模块的编写,实现了下陷区域的近似展开计算和展开结果的图形显示,并给出了实例。 本文的研究是对弯边零件下陷区域展开技术的一个探索,具有一定的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 There are a lot of deflange structure in sheet metal parts of an airplane , the part should be developed first so as to give the roughcast. Working out the shape of roughcast correctly according to a part can not only save material but also decrease the trimming workload and achieve the aim to reduce production cost and improve forming quality. The problem of developing bend curve parts needs to be solved imminently.According to the project, author studies secondary development technology based on CATIA V5 software and applies it in the project to develop an applied software.There are some parts with joggle in sheet metal parts of airplane and we haven’t got an exact way to develop these parts currently, people develop parts with joggle mainly by experience. This paper analyses character of joggle and introduces a way to develop joggle based on the rule of geometric modeling method, applying this method, the author developed a software to develop joggle approximately and to display the result by doing secondary development based CATIA using CAA. Finally, author shows an example to demonstrate the result of the software.This paper questing for solving the problem of development joggle of deflange, the production of this paper has some applying worth in engineering.
