面向制造过程的工艺信息系统研究与实现

【摘要】 随着企业信息化程度的不断加深,传统CAPP系统的辅助工艺编制与管理功能已经不能满足企业的当前需求,企业需要在工艺设计时能够考虑产品制造过程中的影响因素,从而实现协同优化制造过程。为此,本文提出了面向制造过程的工艺设计思路,建立了面向制造过程的工艺信息系统,并对其关键实现技术进行了深入的研究: 1.通过对J2EE的典型分布式多层体系结构的研究,建立了基于J2EE的工艺信息系统体系结构,并讨论了系统在PDM平台中的解决方案。 2.在对工艺设计过程中的几种关键数据进行详细分析的基础上,建立了面向对象的工艺信息系统动态信息模型,并研究了信息模型中主要对象的数据组织和表现形式。 3.提出了基于工艺结构树关联模型的工艺设计方法,研究了基于此关联模型的工艺路线分工以及协同工艺任务分配与管理的方法,实现了面向制造过程的工艺设计与工艺过程管理。 4.提出了基于XML/XSL技术的工艺信息表述与工艺报表生成方案,实现了面向制造过程的工艺信息管理。
【Abstract】 With the development of process informationization, process planning and management of traditional CAPP system doesn’t meet with the current requirement. The enterprise need to consider the factor of manufacturing process when processes are designed in order to realize the optimization of manufacturing process. Therefore, the process information systems oriented manufacturing process is presented, and some key issues studied in the dissertation are as follows:1. Based on research and analysis on J2EE typical distributed multi-tier architecture, the architecture of the process information systems based on J2EE is built, and the solution in the PDM platform is researched.2. Based on the analysis on several key data of the process planning, a dynamic object-oriented information model is established, and the organization and manifestation of the mainly data is studied.3. A method of process planning based on the related model of process tree is proposed;the distribution and management method of collaborative process tasks based on the related model is also proposed.4. A method of process information management based on the XML/XSL is proposed.
