电机车自动定位运行控制系统设计

【摘要】 焦化生产是钢铁企业中重要组成部分,运焦电机车有至关重要的作用,实现电机车自动化运行定位控制系统是实现电机车无人驾驶的基础,是焦化行业提高生产效率及生产安全保障的控制核心。本文针对焦化生产行业普遍采用人工驾驶,定位精度差,劳动强度大,效率低的现状,在对国内外现有的控制系统进行了深入详尽的对比和分析基础上,借鉴和传承了它们的成功经验,提出了一种切实可行的电机车自动运行定位控制系统,提出了炉号识别与精确对正分离、运行定位控制器与PLC、变频器相配合的思想,进行新型电机车运行定位控制系统的研制,并且设计了机车防撞装置。独特的系统解决方案具有炉号识别可靠、自动对正精度高、建设维护成本低、系统移植性强等优点。 对电机车自动定位运行控制系统的关键技术:炉号识别、精确对正和定位运行曲线,本文研究了采用了射频识别(RIFD)装置、三灯位置检测装置、电机车定位运行控制器、PLC控制等解决方案,可实现无差错的炉号识别,自动停车定位误差在±10mm以下,动态性能好,控制灵活可靠等系统同要求。本文研究的系统是国内率先综合应用射频识别技术,自动定位技术和PLC控制技术联合实现移动机车定位的自动化运行系统,突破性的解决了焦化厂恶劣生产条件下的生产自动化问题,极具市场推广价值。

【Abstract】 Electric locomotive auto running system is the essential foundation of unmanned control system. It is also the key problem that coking enterprise have to deal with in order to insure the efficiency an security of production. To change and improve the actual, this paper is based on the efficient experience learnt through the comparison and analysis of the present domestic and foreign control systems. In this paper, the author proposes a doable method. The design divides the oven number identification subsystem from accurate contraposition subsystem, combines the running controller and PLC controller, which can greatly reduce building costs, increase the precision of automatic contraposition and enhance the applicability of this control system. And this paper designed an automatic device of anti-collision.The critical techniques of auto running and orientation control system are oven number identification, accurate orientation curve control and PLC control system. The paper proposes solutions respectively RFID, three-laser aiming sensor, single-chip controller and simatic PLC ect. These solutions can ensure accurate identification of the oven number and accurate orientation, so that the deviation of the automatic parking position is within 10mm. The transducer makes a satisfactory dynamic performance and improves the stability in the period of running. It is the first time that an integrated application of RFID and automatic orientation control system are used. This control system has the advantages of simplicity, stability, lower costs and readiness in maintenance, which can justify its being used widely.
