基于DeviceNet的数字移相器开发
Development of Digital Phase Shifter Based on DeviceNet

【摘要】 综合移相器广泛应用在相位测量和相位表的检定工作,适用于对交流功率、交流电能的测量及测量线路的研究。本文研究了将传统的综合移相器小型化、智能化、网络化的相关问题。本课题利用查表法实现了移相,用 SPWM 来实现正弦波的输出。先将输入的市电整流、滤波得到波动较小的直流电,再采用逆变电路获得正弦波输出。以输入的市电初相位为基准相位,可以实现任意角度的移相值,分辨率为 1°。通过调节 SPWM 的调制深度实现输出电压幅值 0-200V 的调节。本课题使用基于 ARM7TDMI-S 的 32 位微控制器 LPC2129 为主控制器实现。SPWM 调制方法采用了单极性 SPWM,其优点是可以减小输出端的谐波分量,同时可以采用更小的输出端滤波元件等。本文重点研究了使用特定的 MOSFET 驱动器 IR2130 下的单极性 SPWM 的实现。使用 IR2130 可以大大简化驱动电路的设计,但是 IR2130 的输入脉冲的宽度不能小于 1.5us,否则输出波形过零点将出现较大失真。本文采用了在高频臂 SPWM 信号上叠加直流信号、用等量直流 PWM 信号代替低频臂信号的方法对传统的单极性 SPWM 实现方法进行改进,以消除过零点处的波形失真。本课题同时扩展了 CAN 接口和 RS485 接口。采用 DeviceNet 作为 CAN 的高层协议,实现了Group 2 Only方式的从站,采用轮询方式通信,实现了标识、报文路由、DeviceNet、连接等对象类,文中详细介绍了 DeviceNet 的处理流程,包括上电初始化、分段报文处理、显性报文处理、I/O 报文处理等。本文还详细介绍了数字移相器的各部分电路原理图和各部分程序实现流程图通过系统的实验和测试,制作出了样机,达到了预期的设计效果。
【Abstract】 The comprehensive Phase shifter is widely used in phase measurement and thecalibration of phase meter, it applies in the research of the measurement ofAC power,AC electric energy and the measurement circuit.This paper has studied the relative problems of the miniaturize,intelligentize, networking of traditional phase shifter.This project takes advantage of the method of Looking up-table to realizephase shifting and uses SPWM to achieve sinusoidal output. At first, the urbanpower is rectified and filtered to smoothly DC power, then it takes use of theinversion circuit to realize sinusoidal output. On the bases of the initial phaseof urban power as standard phase, it can be able to realize the phase shiftingvalue of every angle with the resolution of 1°. Through adjusting of themodulation depth of SPWM to regulate the output voltage from 0 to 200V.This subject uses ARM7TDMI-S base 32 bit micro-controller LPC2129 as maincontroller.SPWM modulation method adopt unipolar SPWM, its advantage is it can reducesthe THD of the output, at the same time it can use smaller output filter componentetc. This paper focus on studying the realization of unipolar SPWM under theuses of the special MOSFET driver IR2130.Because use IR2130 can greatly simplifythe design of driving circuit, but the input pulse width of IR2130 can not beless than 1.5us, or the output waveform will be distorted obviously, while inthe zero-acrossing. In order to minimize the distortion of the zero-across ofoutput, this paper adopt the method of using overlaps a DC PWM signal onhigh-frequency arm and uses equal DC PWM signal replace low-frequency arm signalto improve the traditional unipolar SPWM.This subject has expand both the interface of CAN and RS485.Through theadoption of DeviceNet as a CAN Application Level protocol the Group 2 Only severhas been realized and it uses Poll to communication, implements Identity, Router,DeviceNet, connection etc. object class. This paper has introduced the dealingprogress of the DeviceNet concretely, include: power on, deal with fragmentmessage, explicit message and implicit message. All parts of the circuitprinciple chart and some parts of the flowchart of the digital phase shifterhas itemized in this paper.Through systematically experiment and test, a prototype had produced and ithas achieved the expected effect.
