物流运作模式在八里湾闸中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着国际贸易的快速增长,企业为了专注于其核心业务而将其它业务外包,对第二方物流服务的需求与日俱增,因此物流成为发展最快的行业之一。处于成长与发展时期的现代物流产业,符合先进生产力发展的要求,已成为衡量一个国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要指标。 目前,美、日、欧等发达国家和地区已经形成了由完善的物流基础设施、高效的物流信息平台和比较发达的第三方物流企业组成的社会化物流服务体系,现代物流产业对社会经济发展的贡献越来越大。改革开放以来,随着市场经济体制的建立和发展,产品市场由供给约束型转变为需求约束型。企业面对竞争激烈的“买方市场”,经营理念和营销方式都发生了重大变化,对物流的认识逐步深入。在一系列的发展过程中,物流业开始涉足到各个行业,并相继形成了一批诸如“海尔”等较具规模的物流企业。但水利物流的发展相对比较滞后,还处于刚刚起步阶段。目前我国仅是在一些大型水利工程中有所应用,例如二滩水电站永久机电设备的物流管理等。 随着经济全球化及科学技术的迅速发展,企业正处在瞬息变化的市场环境中。为了适应企业外部环境的变化,企业必须确立基于未来发展的物流战略研究,制定企业的物流战略规划,确定科学合理的战略目标。大型企业或企业集团已将研究发展物流战略列入重要议事日程,设立专门机构负责制定发展战略。物流已成为企业在竞争中减少投资风险、获得利润、取得优势的一种主要手段。 本文在详细分析物流配送服务需求的基础上,结合现代物流管理和物流业务的一般规律,研究钢材、水泥物流配送业务和管理的特殊规律。分析确定八里湾闸钢材、水泥配送中心的功能体系,研究制定物流业务运作模式和组织管理模式。本文对物流管理在八里湾闸中运作模式的研究,对于水利行业提高工程建设效率、保证工程顺利实施、确保工程质量有着较为积极的影响。而且八里湾闸物流运作模式的成功应用对于其他中、小型水利工程建设也有着借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of the international trade, enterprises implement outsourcing for their core elements. With the increasing demand of the logistics industry service, it develops the rapidest trade. The modern logistics industry located in growth and development meets the demand of advanced productivity development and it turns into the important index demonstrating the modernization and the whole national power.Nowadays, developed countries and areas such as the U. S. A., Japan and E. U. have formed social logistics industry service system consisted of the infrastructure, high effect information platform and the third party developing enterprises and the contribution of the modern logistics industry to the socioeconomic development is becoming more and more important. After the reform and opening up, going with the establishment and development of market economy system, product markets translated supply restriction system into demand restriction system. Facing drastic competition of "buyers’ market" , enterprises changed their standpoint and manners of sales and have a deeper understanding. In a series of development process, the logistics industry appeared in all kinds of trades and then formed on a limited scale such as " Haier" . At the same time, the development of water conservancy logistics industry is still lag and on the stage of beginning. Nowadays China applied it only in some big water conservancy projects, for example Ertan hydropower station. With the rapid development of economy globalization and technology, enterprises are being in the changing market environment. In order to suit the outer environment, enterprises should establish clearly the logistics industry research based on future development, set up the logistics industry strategy programming, confirm technical reasonable strategy goal. Big enterprises or groups have arranged the important schedule upon the research of logistics industry strategy and built the special institute aiming at the establishment of its development. The logistics industry has turned into a major measure to reduce investment venture, gain benefits and obtain predominance.This dissertation concentrates on the special rule of steels, cement logistics system and management based on the detailed analysis for demand of logistics deliver and integrates with the common rule both modern logistics management and logistics industry. It analyzes the functional system of the steels, cement of Baliwan sluice gate and establishes the operating mode and management mode.The research of this dissertation aimed at operating mode of logistics management of Baliwan sluice gate have an active effect on improving construction efficiency of water conservancy engineering, ensuring the favoring implement and insuring the quality of engineering. Furthermore, the successful application of logistics operating mode of Baliwan sluice gate also affects other medium, small water conservancy projects.更多还原
