【摘要】 近年来,城镇化的加快发展,带来了交通需求的快速增长,城市交通供需矛盾日趋突出。交通拥挤问题成为国内外各大城市的热点和难点问题。天津市作为中国第三大城市、北方重要的经济中心,随着城市经济和社会的持续、快速发展,其面临的交通拥挤问题也越来越突出。本文从理论上对交通拥挤的形成过程、相关属性、影响因素等进行分析,并结合天津市目前道路交通状况,详尽分析天津市造成交通拥挤的原因。对天津市历年的道路增长情况、交通流增长情况、车速状况、道路网容量等指标进行对比分析,利用平滑指数法和综合计算法对天津市道路交通的发展进行预测。借鉴国外先进经验,从我国国情和天津市的实际交通状况出发,从交通管理的角度有针对性地提出一些缓解交通拥挤的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years the incessant rapid development of urbanization has accelerated thetraffic demand and amplified the contradiction between traffic supply and demand ofcities. Traffic blocking has become the focus problem and hot issue of mostmetropolitans both domestically and internationally. As the third big city of China andan important economic center of north China, Tianjin is also now facing this strikingproblem with its sustaining and fast development of city economy and society. This thesis mainly focuses on the forming process, related character, affectingelement of traffic blocking on the theoretical plane by thoroughly analyzing the currenttraffic status and reasons for the traffic blocking in the city of Tianjin. And also thetendency of traffic development in Tianjin is predicted by employing exponentialsmoothing method and comprehensive calculating method with a detailed comparisonand analysis of vehicle speed, capacity of roads net, the growth of roads and traffic flowover the years with lots of charts and basic statistics and information. By using theexperiences of foreign countries as reference and in view of the current nationalconditions in China and actual traffic situation, some countermeasures are proposedfrom the angle of traffic management.更多还原
