【摘要】 生态校园是在可持续发展的大背景下,生态学思想、环境教育理论与校园环境规划多方面结合的产物。自20世纪80年代以来,生态校园的理念被广泛地在世界各地传播并实践,其建设活动在各个国家和地区均已取得了一定的成绩。但是现有生态校园仍存在着许多不足与缺憾,这是规划者仍停留在对生态校园的感性认识阶段,无法充分理解其内涵,规划缺乏长远性和完善性所导致的。本论文从生态校园的现状入手,对现有建设流派及特点加以归纳总结; 进而以生态学原理为出发点,推导出校园生态系统的特点及生态校园的定义与内涵。围绕生态校园的内涵,本论文提出了生态校园的建设原则和建设模式,并以建设模式图的形式阐明了景观规划、布局结构、道路交通、生态建筑、水资源综合利用、能源节省与利用、废物处理与资源回收、空气质量控制、噪音控制与削减和生态复育与物种多样性十大板块的建设内容以及它们之间的联系,剖析了生态校园应有的结构及功能。针对生态校园管理工作的滞后与缺乏,本论文初步建立了生态校园的系统管理方法。在该管理方法中逐一阐述了实现校园生态性所需达成的五个目标,在具体管理中应该把握的五项指导性原则和四项操作性原则,以及生态校园系统在能源、物质、信息三方面的管理内容。最后,本论文对拟建中的天津工业大学新校区简要提出了建设意见,希望规划者能予以采纳,将本研究所建之建设模式与系统管理方法贯穿于新校区的建设与运行管理之中,对其进行检验并修正。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of sustainable development, the combination of ecology, environmental education and campus planning leads to the birth of eco-campus. Since the 1980’s, the concept of eco-campus has been widely spread and practiced in many countries and areas. But there are many deficiencies and defects in these campuses, which are caused by the limitations and short sight of the planner. Depending on the analysis of the present eco-campuses, the genres and their characteristics were summarized. Then the particularity of the campus ecosystem and the definition and connotation of eco-campus were deduced from the basic theories of ecology. Centering on the eco-campus’s connotation, the principles and the mode for the construction were established. The construction should cover landscape planning, campus layout, traffic, eco-building, comprehensive use of water resource and energy, disposal and reuse of the solid waste, air quality control, noise control and the maintenance of the biological diversity. The connections among these constitutes were illustrated by the construction mode figure, which embodied the configuration and functions of the eco-campus. To improve the management of the eco-campus, the comprehensive system management was attempted. Five ecotypical goals, five instructive principles, four operative principles and the contents of the management, including energy, substance and information, were demonstrated. Finally, some advice for the projected new campus of Tianjin Polytechnic University was proposed.
