【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,税收在国民经济中的地位越来越突出。目前,我国现行的纳税系统已不能适应税收业务的日益增长,因此,如何满足大量纳税活动的需要,保障纳税过程安全地进行,提高我国税务部门的电子化水平和信息管理水平已经成为当前社会亟待解决的问题之一。本文从“天津win版纳税申报录入系统”项目的背景及意义着手,介绍了国内软件工程的发展状况,通过分析我国软件行业产业化的道路上存在的主要问题,阐述了软件建模与合理选择软件开发方法的必要性,并主要介绍了win版纳税系统的设计目标和总体设计方案以及各功能子系统和主要技术环节。其中,本文着重介绍了软件需求的概念,并针对当今软件工程技术的发展进行了必要说明。针对税务系统对电子加密技术的特殊要求,本文分析了在软件生产端、销售端、用户端和服务器端的加密特点,并以发票接口为例,对国内主要的电子发票产品进行了分析和比较。本文重点介绍了用户端加密程序的工作原理及开发方法,并详细说明了在税务系统平台之上开发设计加密程序的编程思想、框图及主要算法。“天津win版纳税申报录入系统”运行在windows95/98/2000/xp操作系统下,采用Client/Server体系结构,使用PowerBuilder7.0作为开发工具。本文针对该系统电子加密程序作出评价,并对该平台在使用开发中遇到的及应注意的问题进行讨论,对系统的开发进行小结。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese economy, tax has played a more and more importantpart in national economy. Currently, the system of tax paying can’t adapt to theincreasing tax business. Therefore, for the sake of a large amount of demand for taxpaying and an assurance of the safety in the tax paying progress, China desidetaxs toimprove the level in both electron and information management among the each partof Chinese tax paying departments.In this paper, commenced with the background and meaning of theproject--Tianjin Declaration System for Tax Paying (Windows Edition), the authorintroduces the status of domestic software engineering development and the mainexisting problems in the way of Chinese software industrialization as well. Therefore,the author expounds the necessity of the software model and the logic selection ofsoftware exploitation method. Meanwhile, the author introduces Declaration Systemfor Tax Paying (Windows Edition) in following aspects, that is the designing purpose,the general designing project, the subsystem with all kinds of functions and maintechnical parts.Among them, the author emphasizes on the following parts. That is, firstly, theauthor introduces the definition of software demand. Secondly, he illuminates thedevelopment of software engineering technique nowadays. Thirdly, he discusses thespecial need of electronic encrypting technique for tax paying system. Fourthly, heanalyzes the encrypting character on the software producing, sale, user and server.Last but not the least, he analyzes and compares the main domestic electronic invoiceproduct with an example of invoice interface. Furthermore, the author emphasizes tointroduce the working theory and exploitation method of the encrypting program forthe user and explains the programming plan, frame and main calculational methods ofthe encrypting program, which is exploited on the tax paying system flat. Running under the operating system of Windows 95/98/2000/xp, TianjinDeclaration System for Tax Paying (Windows Edition) uses Client/Server as its systemframework and PowerBuilder7.0 as its exploiting instrument. In this paper, the authorevaluates electronic encrypting program, discusses the problem when using andexploiting, and draw a conclusion on the system exploitation.更多还原
