间歇传动链动力学建模研究

【摘要】 许多自动机械的执行机构是通过链传动实现的,传动链在这类机械中作为输出机构用于实现间歇运动,用于移送物料、半成品等输送到预期工位,以便该自动机械的其它装置完成所需的工艺加工。 间歇传动链广泛应用于医药、食品、以及电子元器件的组装机械中,但是国内对这类间歇传动链的动力学研究所做工作不多,本文以间歇传动链为研究对象,建立动力学模型,进行动力学分析,以期为提高这类机械产品的设计水品奠定理论基础。 为使研究问题具有一般性,研究中忽略各类机械中间歇传动链的导轨形状、链排数,以及主、从动链轮齿数差异等因素,以实现间歇传动为主要特征,建立计及阻尼的间歇传动链动力学模型。应用有限单元法将链条离散化为若干个以单个链节为基本单元在结点相连接的组合体,视每个基本单元为纵向振动的杆单元,建立该系统的动力学方程。并在此基础上,应用振型叠加法对该动力学方程进行求解计算。 论文建立了电机——传动链的系统动力学模型,推导了系统动力学微分方程,并且应用振型叠加法和数值算法,将机构位置离散化,通过交叉循环迭代求解得到整个系统动力学微分方程的稳态解。 在考虑阻尼、电机等因素的基础上,当传动链采用修正正弦(MS)、修正梯形(MT)和修正等速(MCV)等多种不同运动规律实现间歇运动时,对传动链系统链节加速度响应的区别,以及对同一种运动规律实现间歇运动时,链条上不同链节处加速度响应的变化规律进行了分析讨论。 文中提出的建模方法对于深入进行链的动力学研究具有指导作用,得出的结论可为间歇传动链的动力学分析和设计提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The actuating mechanism of many automatic machines is implemented by chain drive, the chain drive performed the intermittent motion as the output mechanism in this kind of machine, which transferred the materials and semi-manufactured goods needed to be processed to anticipative position in order to the other part of this automatic machine finished the corresponding workThe intermittent chain is applied in medicine, foodstuff and the assembly machine of electronic element widely, but the dynamics research about this kind of intermittent chain is almost blank at home. In this paper, it takes the intermittent chain as object to establish the dynamics model and analyze the dynamics characteristic in order to provide us with theory foundation for enhancing the design level of this kind of machine products.In order to making the research problems have generality, we neglect the guide form, the rows of chain and sprocket difference between the drive wheel and driven wheel, etc, and take the realization of intermittent motion as main characteristic to establish the dynamics model with lamp. The dynamic equation of this system was established through applying the finite element method to make the chain discretize into the combined body of a great number of basic units connected with node and regarding each basic unit as to the pole unit of longitudinal vibration. On the basis of above analysis, this paper takes the mode superposition method to solve the dynamic equation.The system dynamic model is established considering motor and the corresponding differential equations are obtained. The mechanism position is discretized for applying the mode superposition method and numerical method to solve the equations.Considering the damp and motor, when the modified sine curves, the modified constant velocity curves and the modified trapezoid curves, etc, are adopted for implementing the intermittent motion, the acceleration response’s difference of chain link for the chain system is analyzed, and the acceleration response’s variety of different linkfor the same notion curves is also discussed.The modeling method for the intermittent chain presented in this paper has profound meanings for the further study. Some valuable conclusion drawn from above discussion can be provided for dynamics analysis and engineering design of the intermittent chain.
