基于USB总线的激光粒度数据采集处理系统的研制

【摘要】 粒度测试是指通过特定的仪器和方法表征颗粒粒度特性。所谓颗粒,通常指尺寸在毫米到微米之间的微小固体、液体或气体,比如金属粉末、食品、树脂、药品、颜料、水泥、陶瓷、粘土、催化剂以及其它无机材料等等。客观真实地反映颗粒大小和粒度分布是一项非常重要的工作。激光散射法粒度测试仪在固定波长下,通过探测粒子场在前向某个小角度范围内的相对散射光能而得到粒子的尺寸分布信息。目前,天津大学LSA-Ⅲ型激光粒度测试仪所采用的数据采集系统是基于ISA总线和PCI总线。这两种总线数据传输全都采用了微机内部插卡式电路结构,而在某些情况下需使用携带方便的笔记本电脑,内部插卡比较困难。因此,为提高系统的普遍适用性,本课题采用专用接口芯片CY7C68013实现USB总线接口电路的设计,充分利用USB总线的即插即用、热插拔等特点,为激光粒度测试数据的实时采集、显示和处理提供可靠的保证。本论文的主要工作: 1.在充分了解CY7C68013等元器件的知识基础上,设计基于USB总线的激光粒度测试仪数据采集硬件系统。2.用GPIF Designer实用程序设计了GPIF波形,实现激光粒度测试仪数据到USB存储器的单读传输。3.编制Keil uVision2下的C51固件程序。4.编制WIN2000操作系统下的WDM设备驱动程序。5.在原软件基础上编制了USB总线下的激光粒度测试软件LSA,并使用新的激光粒度测试系统完成了对标准粒子板的测试实验,得到了满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Measuring particle size is to exhibit the particle size characteristics via special instruments and methods. Particle usually refers to micro solid, liquid, or gas material whose size is between several millimeters and certain microns, such as, metal powder, food, resin, pharmaceutical, pigment, cement, pottery, clay, catalyzer and other inorganic material, etc. It is so important to reflect particle size and distribution objectively and actually. The Laser Particle Sizer may obtain the information of particle size and distribution by detecting the relative energy scattered by the particles, with the fixed wavelength. At present, the data acquisition system in the LSA-Ⅲ Laser Particle Sizer developed by Tianjin University is based on ISA or PCI bus. These bus interface PCBs have the structure of PC-internal-card. However, the portable notebook computer is required in some cases, and then inserting interface card into the notebook is almost impossible. So the project implements the design of interface card based on USB bus with the special interface chip CY7C68013. It utilizes fully the characteristics of USB bus, for example, plug and play, hot plug and so on. The system can realize real-time acquisition, processing and displaying of data and provide a guarantee for the stability and reliability of Laser Particle Sizer measuring system. The main work includes: 1. Designing the data acquisition hardware system of Laser Particle Sizer based on USB bus after knowing well such components as CY7C68013. 2. Designing GPIF waveforms via GPIF Designer utility, realizing single-read transaction of data from the Laser Particle Sizer to the USB memory. 3. Programming the USB firmware under the utility of Keil uVision2. 4. Programming the USB device driver under the operating system of WIN2000. 5. Improving the LSA software package and completing the experiment of measuring the standard-particles board by using the new laser particle size measuring system.
