【摘要】 随着企业组织的日益扩大和市场竞争的不断深化,企业管理也在向着多层次多角度的方向纵深发展,这不仅为企业管理与实践的发展带来了广阔的空间,同时也提出了挑战。绩效管理的思想和方法正逐渐被世界范围内众多的企业所采用,也被越来越多的中国企业家所重视。这不仅仅因为它能够衡量和改进员工的绩效,更重要的是,绩效管理是帮助企业实现战略目标的重要手段和保障。建立有效的绩效管理体系是企业生存、发展乃至取得竞争优势的核心工作。 本文首先对绩效管理和战略管理的研究背景和理论基础作了阐述,并分析了目前绩效管理的研究现状,介绍了目前较为流行的几种绩效管理的工具;进而对EVA、BSC和KPI三种绩效管理工具进行了分析比较,并在此基础上构建了“EBK绩效管理模型”。 本文对EBK模型的构建意义、设计原则、构建方法等进行了详尽的阐述,并结合房地产行业对该模型在这一行业的实施进行了分析说明,同时以A房地产开发公司为例对EBK绩效管理模型设计阶段的运用作了进一步的介绍,最后对此方法本身及在运用过程中需要特别注意的一些问题进行了分析、说明和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous expansion of the enterprises organization and the increasing fierceness of the market competition, the practice of enterprises management is also developing, which brings enterprises management theories broad developing spaces as well as new challenges. The core for an enterprise to survive, develop and eventually gain competitive advantages is to build up effective performance management system. In our country, the management style of many enterprises is still on the empirical side, which embodies traditional personnel control toward employees of the enterprise.The paper discusses the study background and theory basis of performance management and strategy management. Firstly it analyzes the study status of performance management, including the popular instrument of performance management. Then it put forwards the EBK performance management model on the basis of analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of EVA, BSC and KPI.The paper also investigates into the details of EBK performance management about its meaning, design principle, the way of composing and so on. Followed there is an analysis on how to carry out in some specific industries, here it takes real estate industry as an example to set up the EBK model combined with the characteristics of real estate industry. In addition, it gives a further introduction about the design methods of the EBK based on the research of a real estate company.At the end of the paper, some advice is presented on the designment and the implementation of EBK performance management model and the future research tasks are put forward to.更多还原
