【摘要】 商业智能是一系列理论、方法、技术及工具的集合。它将数据仓库、数据挖掘领域的前沿性研究成果应用到企业运作中,旨在通过系统化、智能化的手段提升企业绩效。 本文结合863项目,针对某证券公司展开研究。在总结国内外商业智能发展现状及趋势,分析证券行业特点的基础上,对系统构建中面临的几方面问题,进行了有针对性的探讨。主要工作如下: 1.根据证券行业商业智能系统特点,提出了一个总体框架。从体系结构,系统覆盖范围,以及构建过程,三个角度描述商业智能。 2.从技术体系角度,对商业智能的核心技术和可选工具进行总体介绍。 3.从系统覆盖范围角度,针对证券网上交易问题,结合Web数据仓库与数据挖掘理论,提出了相应的数据集市模型。并在页面相似度模型与用户聚类模型的基础上,提出自己的Web数据挖掘模型——WLMM。该模型已在计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)发表,并被EI检索。 4.在探讨了技术体系,系统覆盖范围之后,为了增加系统建设过程的可控性,引入基于生命周期的项目管理理论。从而形成了一套较为完善,并具有实际使用价值的商业智能系统开发方法。 5.针对某证券公司展开实例研究。依照生命周期项目管理理论,进行需求分析,工具选择,数据仓库多维模型设计。并给出部分报表,OLAP分析,即席查询和数据挖掘的实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Business Intelligence is an integrated concept of various theories, methodologies, technologies and tools. The advanced technology behind BI is introduced into the daily operation of enterprises to improve business performance through systematic and intellectual methods.In this paper, we intend to answer the question: How to build a well defined, integrated BI system for a security company that can not only satisfy the current business needs, but also easily adjust to future requirements. The research is part of a national high-tech project. Main works:1. Based on the analysis of current situation and trends of BI, the importance for security company to introduce BI into their daily operation, as well as several issues concerning with the system development, we provide a framework of three dimensions: technical structure, coverage and development processes. The paper will answer the question mentioned above according to this structure.2. An introduction of BI system structure, core technology and tools.3. Web based BI is the current hot spot in the field, which will also be one of our research focuses. We developped a Web data mining model—WLMM, which is an integrated model of page similarity and user clustering profiles. It can reflect user access pattern in a longer period of time, thus reduce the cost of web data mining.4. After the discussion of system coverage and technical structure, we introduced life-cycle based project management theory into the development guideline to improve the controllability of the whole project process.5. Use the methods mentioned above to build a BI system for a security company. Discuss the main problems to be solved, technologies used, multi-dimensional model design, and examples of reports, OLAP analysis, Ad Hoc analysis, as well as data mining.更多还原
