土工合成材料室内剪切试验研究及其在垃圾填埋场中的应用

【摘要】 随着土工合成材料在建设工程中的广泛应用,土工合成材料的界面剪切特性越来越引起了人们的重视,同时对室内界面剪切试验也提出了越来越高的要求,因为这一重要的特性指标将直接影响工程的稳定安全性和功能有效性。本文关于土工合成材料界面试验以及试验结果在垃圾卫生填埋场中的应用,进行了以下研究工作: (1)研制斜板仪,并采用三种不同粗糙程度的HDPE膜(高密度聚乙烯膜)分别与标准砂,无纺土工布及土工复合材料进行斜板试验,以探讨斜板试验中表现出来的界面摩擦特性及其影响因素,包括试验的尺寸效应,界面正应力,界面粗糙程度等。 (2)研制直剪仪,采用上述相同的试验材料进行一系列的直剪试验,以研究土工合成材料在直剪试验中表现出来的界面摩擦特性及其影响因素。 (3)比较斜板试验和直剪试验所得到的界面剪切特性,对比两种试验结果的差异,分析各自的适用条件和范围。 (4)将室内界面剪切试验结果应用于上海老港垃圾填埋场Ⅳ期工程的边坡衬垫系统和最终覆盖系统中,计算分析不同条件下的稳定安全系数。 通过对试验结果和计算结果进行归纳和总结,得到一些有价值的结论。 (1)土工合成材料界面性质对其剪切特性起决定作用,一般说来,界面越粗糙,剪切强度越大。 (2)斜板试验和直剪试验的影响因素包括试样尺寸,界面正应力等,对于不同的试验界面和试验方法,其影响因素的规律性都是不同的。 (3)对比斜板试验和直剪试验的结果,发现直剪试验得到的界面剪切强度要小于斜板试验的测试结果。该结论对工程应用是有价值的。 (4)试验结果应用于填埋场工程时,要进行合理的计算分析,针对具体条件选取计算方法和参数都是很重要的。
【Abstract】 With the widely applications of geosynthetics,the interface shear characters are regarded as increasingly importanct by engineers.Meanwhile,increasing needs and requests of interface shear tests in laboratory are being asked.Because the frictional characters are so important that it could directly affect the factor of safety and effectiveness of system.In this thesis,a series of research work,which is about the interface shear test of geosynthetics and the application of test results in municipal solid waste landfill,is as follows:(1)This paper manufactures a simple tilt table device to measure the frictional characters between three different HDPE(High-Density Polyethylene) geomembranes and sand、 geotextile and woven geocomposite.The test results are presented in this paper.(2)This paper also develops a direct shear device to research the frictional characters of the same materials.The results are analysed to discover the frictional characters and influence factors.(3)Then, this paper presents the comparision of the two kinds of lab tests,including the differences of test results and application range of the them.(4)Finally,the test results are applied in the lining system and capping system of Laogang MSW landfill of Shanghai.This paper calculates the safety factors with different parameters and different methods.Through inducing and summarizing the rusults of tests and calculates,we get some valuable conclusions as follows:(1)The frictional characters of geosynthetic interface is influenced by surface feature of planner materials.In a general way,roughness of test interface is the most important factor.(2)There are much influence factors of interface frictional characters, including sample scales and normal stresses.As to tilt table test and direct shear test,the rules of influence factors are much different.(3)The comparision of the test results shows that the interface shear stress is different due to different test methods.lt presents that test results of direct shear device is less than that of tilt table device.(4)When analysis different parts of MSW landfill,it is important to choose appropriate parameters and methods,due to the system directions and upper stresses.
