医院污水处理工艺及UV-H2O2消毒实验研究

【摘要】 医院的门诊部、住院部以及生活区都会排出大量废水和废物,医院污水通常含有多种细菌、病毒和寄生虫卵,同时医院污水中还含有重金属、消毒剂、有机溶剂、酸、碱、放射性物质等,所以,医院污水不经合理处理排入水体中将会对环境造成巨大危害并将长期危害人类的健康。由于医院污水性质特殊,就决定了消毒处理是医院污水处理的关键。本论文对医院污水的消毒方法进行了深入分析和研究,研究重点是低能高效、运行稳定、无二次污染的UV-H2O2消毒工艺,并通过正交试验分析得到结论:在UV-H2O2消毒系统中,过氧化氢投加量对实验结果的影响最显著,紫外光强度次之,消毒时间的影响不显著。UV-H2O2系统消毒和降解有机物的最优运行条件是紫外光强度134.1μW/cm2,H2O2投加量100mg/l,停留时间10min。同时以阜矿集团总医院为例设计了医院污水处理工艺流程,确定最优工艺为处理效果稳定、承受水质变化能力强的调节沉淀+水解+接触氧化+UV-H2O2消毒工艺,为综合医院污水处理的研究工作提供了理论依据和技术支持。

【Abstract】 The massive waste water and the waste can be discharged from hospital outpatient clinic, in-patient department as well as the quarters; There are many bacteria, virus and eggs of parasite, as well as heavy metals ,disinfectors, organic solvents ,acids ,alkalis , radioactive and so on in the waste water. So the hospital waste water discharging into waters without reasonable disposal will endanger environment and jeopardize health of human being in long-term. Disinfection is the key of the hospital waste water treatment because of its special property. Deeply analysis and research on the disinfection of hospital sewage are done in this paper. The disinfection of low energy and high efficiency, function stabilization and without second pollution is studied with emphasis. And conclusion was drawn by intercross experiment. In the system of UV-H2O2, The amount of H2O2 added in this experiment impose a most distinct influence on the experimental result. The intensity of ultraviolet radiation takes second place .The influence of the disinfectant time is not notable. Optimum running condition of the UV-H2O2 and degradation organic substance is the intensity of ultraviolet 134.1 μ W/cm2 , The amount of H2O2 100mg/l, Settle time 10min. At the same time, the process is designed taking the example of the FuXin mining group hospital .The optimum craft being determined is the process of disposal effect stabilization, adjusting deposition + hydrolyze + contact-oxidation + UV-H2O2,which provide theoretical basis and technological support for compositive hospital sewage Treatment study.
