信息融合与Lon Works总线在煤矿监测系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 我国是一个矿产资源丰富的国家,采矿业在国民经济中占有一定的比重。然而,矿井安全生产形势却一直不容乐观。建设现代化的高产高效的矿井,彻底改变我国煤矿行业的落后面貌已经成为当务之急。现有矿井监测系统大多设备单一,分布在各个部门,形成诸多的“信息孤岛”,不利于矿井安全生产的统一调度指挥,以及形成相关科室一览无余的集成化矿井安全生产调度综合信息平台,而且数据处理无技术含量,造成误警、漏警几率高。矿井综合安全监测系统针对上述问题提出了一种集信息融合技术、现场总线技术为一体的新型煤矿监测系统。本文首先介绍了数据融合技术及Bayes估计理论在监测系统中的应用,后提出了改进的Elman网络结构及其实现方法,并对网络进行了训练和性能检验,最后对系统的智能节点和通信部分做了硬、软件设计。
【Abstract】 China is a resourceful country of ore, and mining takes an important proportion of our country economy. However, the safety accidents of mine often occur and limit the improvement of productivity. How to construct the productive, efficient and up-to-date mine, becomes the ultimate way to change the undeveloped actuality. The existing mine safety supervise and control system which only watch part of devices and sensors in mine, is installed in isolated department, and come into being lots of “Information Islands”, which is not in favor of constructing a uniform control center to conduct the safety production of mine, and forming a integrated information platform to make the interrelated department scan the information of mine easily. To solve the problem discussed above, the mine-synthesized safety supervises and control system tries to construct a synthesized system, which can supervise and control the environment of mine, the production of mine and the transport of locomotive at the same time. The paper introduced information fusion technology and the application of Bayes estimation theory in monitor system, then put forward the advanced Elman network, and trained the network, detected the network’s performance. At last, designed the system’s hardware and software of communication part.
