【摘要】 本文简要论述了国内外物流理论发展历程和流程再造的相关理论。物流在国外已经发展了半个多世纪,传入我国也已好几十年,由传统理论扩展出了很多先进管理思想; 流程再造从Michael Hammer与James Champy首次提出来后,众多企业纷纷实行变革,并取得了不错的成绩,如通过电器、福特汽车。在理论回顾的基础上,本文分析了企业进行流程再造的内外部环境及其指导思想,并着重指出信息技术在流程再造过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,即信息技术是流程再造得以顺利进行的保障。以信息技术为支撑,本文以物流组织结构为突破点,从其发展历程看趋势,选择适合不同企业类型、不同企业发展阶段的物流组织结构。物流组织结构是为适应物流流程进行变革的,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须变革原有僵硬的流程,使其最优化。本文从企业物流的四个层次:采购物流、生产物流、销售物流和回收物流研究企业的物流流程,其中主要对传统的采购物流流程、生产物流流程和销售物流流程进行了分析并提出了再造后的新流程,对企业物流流程再造具有一定的指导意义; 在利用信息技术对采购、生产和销售物流的整合,物流、信息流和资金流的整合方面提出了集成模型,为企业物流流程再造的实施提供参考。最后,本文以福建南平太阳电缆股份有限公司(以下称太阳电缆)为例,进行实证研究。太阳电缆虽然转制几年,但是仍然有许多国有企业的通病,比如组织结构臃肿,办事效率低下,过多不增值流程等。笔者在调研中发现,太阳电缆物流水平低下,现代物流意识淡薄,具体体现在物流基础设施老旧、物流组织结构分散、物流流程繁杂等。针对这些问题,笔者提出了相应的解决方案,进行了组织结构的再设计和采购物流流程、库存物流流程和销售物流流程的重构。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly discusses logistics development inside and outside country, and some related theories on business process reengineering. With logistics developed for more than half century overseas, and a few decays in China, more advanced management ideas are produced. For BPR, once it was brought forward by Michael Hammer and James Champy, it became the helper of many companies, which changed the company radically. Based on the theory, the paper analysis the environment of BPR and its guidelines and the use of information technology in BPR is especially pointed out. Based on information technology, the paper does research on the logistics organization structure and logistics business process. Starting with logistics organization structure, the paper sees the trend through its developing history, selecting a logistics organization fitted to different enterprise in different developing status. Logistics organization structure is changed according to logistics business process. In order to win in a competitive market, the enterprise has to change its rock-bound process, making it the best. The paper researches on enterprise logistics process through four levels, that is purchasing logistics, product logistics, distribution and returned logistics, among which, traditional purchasing logistics process, product logistics process and distribution process are paid more attention and then new processes are performed. All of them can give the enterprise logistics business reengineering a good guide, especially the integration of purchasing, product and distribution, and the integration of logistics flow, information flow and cash flow based on information technology. In the end, the paper takes Nanping Sun Cable Limited Company as an example. Though Sun Cable Limited Company has been changed from state owned to stock-holding system for many years, it still has common faults in state enterprise, such as too large organization structure, low working efficiency, too many non-value-added flows and so on. During the research, the author finds that logistics level is low and their logistics consciousness is dim, which are embodied in the outdated logistics establishment, decentralized logistics organization structure and miscellaneous logistics flow. Enclosing to these problem, the author puts forward settlement: redesigning the logistics organization structure, reprocessing purchasing, storage and distribution logistics.更多还原
