轮毂无刷电机驱动器关键技术研究

【摘要】 电机驱动器是轮毂电机电动汽车的重要部件。驱动器性能的优劣是影响电动汽车行驶表现的主要因素。电机驱动器必须稳定、可靠且高效地驱动电机旋转,满足电动汽车的启动、行驶、制动等各项要求。 本文结合电动汽车轮毂电机驱动器项目开发实践,对直流无刷电机驱动器的多项关键技术进行了研究。研究内容包括保护措施、控制策略、制动回馈、软硬件实现和ABS功能。研究成果应用于驱动器的设计开发,研制的驱动器在台架测试和装车路试中表现出良好的性能。
【Abstract】 The driver of the electrical motor is the key part of an electrical automobile. The driver’s capability is the major factor, which influence the running performance of an electrical automobile. The driver must support the motor stably, reliably and efficiently and meet the requirement of start-up, running and braking.This dissertation is combined with the project practice of developing electrical automobile and do research on the key technologies of the BLDC’s driver. The scope of research is protective measures, control strategy, feedback braking, soft-hardware realization and ABS function. The result of research is applied in the design and development of the driver. The developed driver performed good capability in platform test and on-road experiment.
