【摘要】 保护性价值观是这样的一种观念:它拒绝与其它任何价值相互交易,尤其拒绝与那些仅仅具有经济价值的客体进行交易。保护性价值观这一概念最初针对环境保护领域里人们的环保意识提出,本文试图将保护性价值观这个概念引入管理领域,探讨管理者对于管理过程中某些价值的态度。 本研究自行编制调查问卷,将所有问题情境设计为管理道德两难困境。在问题设置上,我们针对研究假设所提出的保护性价值观的6个性质设计对应的题目,从而更进一步了解管理领域中的保护性价值观。我们还对保护性价值观对实际行为的影响做了初步探讨。这一研究旨在体现持有保护性价值观的管理者知行一致的问题。最后我们对后续研究提出了方向上的建议和展望。 我们的研究结论主要包括: 管理领域中存在保护性价值观,并且这种情境下的保护性价值观可以分为经营管理品质、诚信道德品质以及社会交往品质三大类别; 管理领域中的保护性价值观具有绝对性、对象相关性、故作姿态、道德责任感、数量不敏感性、愤怒情绪等特征,并且其中的核心特征绝对性在管理领域发生了弱化效果; 在本研究中所涉及的保护性价值观的所有层面上,民营企业管理者对价值观的保护性程度最弱,并与其他类型的企业构成显著差异,对于这部分管理者管理道德的引导有待加强; 管理情境的驱利性和现实性使得管理者对于价值观的态度与其实际行为结果发生分离,知行不一致的情况显得更加频繁和常见;并且大部分管理者认为这是由于市场环境的不完善而采取的无奈行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract: Protected Values are those that resist trade-offs with other values, particularly economic values. This concept was presented first in environment protection. We are trying to present it in management to explore the managers’ values.The questionnaire is designed based on our pilot studies and the interview to the managers. All the items in the questionnaire are puzzle Dom questions which means the subject has to choose between ethic values and economic values. Within every item, we designed ten questions to test the hypothesis of protected values. Meanwhile, we have done some research on the consistency between what the managers think and do. There is some advice for future research.In our study we have classified protected values into three categories. We also demonstrated the hypothetical characteristics of protected values such as absoluteness, agent relativity, posturing, moral obligation, quantity insensitivity, and emotion of anger.Of all the enterprises we discussed, the managers in private enterprises have less protected values. It indicates the special necessary of ethical management. And what the managers do is not always consist with their values. Many managers explained it as they have no alternative in current situation.更多还原
