【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来以及经济日趋全球化,技术创新已成为企业培育核心竞争力,实现垄断利润,参与国际竞争的主要手段。本文对江苏省大型企业技术创新的现状进行概括,分析了企业技术创新的动因,并总结了其所取得的成功之处,如企业规模不断扩大、技术创新投入不断增加等,以及存在的问题。接着从系统工程角度构建了江苏省大型企业技术创新能力系统,分析了其所需的运行环境,论述了管理能力、创新能力、生产能力、市场能力、支持能力各分系统之间的关系及其主要衡量指标,以及系统的输入输出。然后利用解释结构模型对所得出的原始评价指标集进行筛选,构建江苏省大型企业技术创新能力评价指标体系。利用主成份分析法对所得到的江苏省四家企业的数据进行分析,得出影响江苏省大型企业技术创新能力的主要因素是技术创新战略的明确性和长期性、技术创新体系的完善性、R&D人员比重、R&D投入强度等。采用理想解法对四家企业进行综合评价,并从外部环境建设和企业自身能力建设两方面提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the knowledge-based economy is coming, the technology innovation has already been an important way for an enterprise to grow the core competition ability, realize the profit and join in the international competition. Firstly, this thesis describes the current situation about technology innovation capabilities of large-scale enterprises in Jiangsu Province, analyzes the reasons removing, and summary the success and the problem existed. Secondly, it builds the system of technology innovation capabilities of large-scale enterprises, includes its environment, the relation among the management capability system, the innovation capability system, the production capability system, the marketing capability system, and the support capability system, and the input and the output of the system. Thirdly, establishes the original evaluation indexes on the basis of the analysis of the system, and then filtrates an evaluation index system in the use of the ISM method. Finally, it adopts the principal component analysis (PCA) on the of large-scale enterprises data in Jiangsu Province, in order to retain comprehensive indexes(the main component), such as the clearness and length of the strategy, the consummation of the system, the ratio of the R&D person, the ratio of the R&D asset and so on. Then it utilizes the ideal solution method to carry out the evaluation of innovative capabilities of large-scale enterprises, and also draw lessons from the environment and the enterprise itself for improving the capabilities of technology innovation.更多还原
