ARM技术在公路WIM系统中的应用与研究

【摘要】 公路WIM系统的研究对于保护公路的正常使用有着重要的经济意义和社会价值。本文针对我国公路WIM系统的研究现状和存在的问题,提出了新的思路和解决办法,用以提高整个WIM系统的性能指标。 本文首先对称重本体—汽车的运动状态和动力特性进行了深入的分析与研究得出结论:汽车的振动是影响动态称重效果的关键因素,要想使静态轴载比较准确的反映出来就必须根据振动产生的原因有效的减缓和消除振动。然后以此作为先验知识并在以后的称重数据处理过程中来重点消除这些不良的影响,而且在软硬件的设计中也要充分考虑这些因素,将由汽车的振动产生的对系统的不良影响降到最低水平。 就公路WIM系统而言,动态称量精度、汽车的通过速度是其性能指标中最重要的指标,它标志着公路WIM系统的技术水平的高低;而目前的WIM系统由于只对动态称重信号只作简单的数字滤波处理,而缺乏更深一层的信号处理技术。本文根据称重传感器输出模拟信号的特点,对系统设计理论进行了基础性研究,并提出了一些开创性的解决方法,有效的提高了称重数据的精度。 提高WIM系统的性能指标另一个方面就是采用恰当的软硬件技术。随着计算机技术的发展,嵌入式系统已成为计算机领域一个重要组成部分,并成为近年来新兴的研究热点。ARM920T是一种高效,低功耗的RISC处理器,以该内核为核心的S3C2410是一款基于以太网应用的高性价比16/32位微控制器,非常适合公路WIM系统。本文提出并研究设计了基于ARM—Linux的嵌入式公路WIM系统产品平台,完成了系统的硬件设计、实现及操作系统移植。
【Abstract】 The Highway WIM System plays an important role of protecting freeway normally. Base on the research actuality and problems on the Highway WIM System of our country i this article put forward some new mentality and solution to improve the performance index of the whole WIM system.Firstly, studying the movement condition and dynamical features that cars behave in the process of WIM, and knowing that the vibrations are the main factors impacting the measure precision. So it is concluded that to reduce and avoid the stochastic vibrations is necessary and useful. Then, taking this result as the pre-experiment knowledge to eliminate these bad influence in the behind process of weighing data treating. Moreover, these factors should be also fully considered in the software and hardware design, and these bad influence should be fall to the lowest level.For the Highway WIM system, the weighing accuracy and the speed of the vehicle moving are the most important standard specification. It indicates the technical level of the WIM systems. While the weighing signal processing of the actual WIM is simple digital filter and no further signal processing technique. According to analog signal characteristic output by the weighing sensor, some basic research work on the Highway WIM system is finished and some creative solution is presented in this dissertation. As a result, the weighing accuracy was improved.To enhance the performance index of the WIM system, another aspect is uses the appropriate software and hardware technology. With the development of computer technology, embedded system, being the center of interest in the rising research in recent years, has been becoming an important component in this field. As a high-performance, cost-effective RISC processor, the 16/32-bit RISC ARM920T developed by Advanced RISC Machines, Ltd has been included in Samsung’s S3C2410 combined with many important peripheral functions, and therefore is an ideal solution for Ethernet-based embedded Highway WIM system. In this dissertation, an ARM-Linux based embedded Highway WIM system product platform is proposed, designed, realized as well as embedding a simplified Linux operating system in it.
