大型金属组装式气调果蔬冷藏库围护结构的研究与分析

【摘要】 果蔬的采后气调贮藏保鲜技术是目前国际上保鲜效果最好的一种技术,然而我国的自然和经济条件相对落后,在金属组装式气调库的应用上一直处于薄弱的地位,其根本的关键是在于该课题的科学性,安全性和工程实践性表现的较为突出。近几年国家在万吨级以上的气调库的建设上加大了投资的开发力度,然而其核心部位的分析及应用上还主要依赖进口,如何使我国农产品的加工和贮藏得到更大的受益,进行大型组装式气调库的工业化建设显得尤为重要。 本课题在总结了国内外的相关气调成果,并结合自身长期在气调贮藏工程的实践经验,以结合工程实例为材料,以剖析国内唯一一座3万吨贮藏等级的大型金属组装式气调库为主要背景,对其关键部位(围护结构)为重点,对其工业化生产,工程建设和选型设计做出实际性的研究工作。 研究表明:通过对大型金属组装式气调库的围护体系的建筑机构进行分解测试,找出其关键性的控制伤害点,加强了其整体隔热性能和安全巩固性能;结合德国和日本的金属物性测试标准,找出国产化产品的不足处,加强国产气调产业化的系统生产;对围护结构的隔热性进行系统的验算,建立起一个最适的设计体系,减少围护结构的冷损失;对照国外的气密性的测试,找出国内气调工程安装的差距所在。
【Abstract】 Controlled atmosphere storage technology is one of the best efficiently postharvest storage technology in the world. Relatively poor in the economy and natural resource, the metal componential controlled atmosphere storage always set a minute pace in our country because that the research concentrates on the combination of science, security and practice. In recent years, the analysis and application of the key segments of atmosphere control storage mainly depends on the foreign products, although the government has paid more attentions on constructing the controlled atmosphere storage of more than ten thousand ton. In order to obtain the best benefits from the storage and process of fruits and vegetables, it is important to construct the metal componential controlled atmosphere storage of large scale.The paper take the example of an controlled atmosphere storage of thirth thousand ton and pay more attention on the key segments by summing up all the achievements about controlled atmosphere storage at home and abroad and combining the practice in the construction the controlled atmosphere storage. In addition, practical research work was applied in the industrial produce, engineering construction and design.The research indicates: Through carries on the decomposition test to the large-scale metal assembly type gas adjustment storehouse surrounding protection system construction organization, discovers its crucial control injury spot, strengthened its whole heat insulation performance and the safe consolidated performance; Unifies German and Japan’s metal nature test standard, discovers the insufficiency of domestically produced product strengthens the system production of the domestically produced gas adjustment industry Systematically calculate the surrounding protection structure heat insulation , establishes the most suitable design system, reduces the cold loss of the surrounding protection structure Compares the overseas gas tight test, discovers disparity of the domestic gas adjustment project installment.
