【摘要】 振兴农机制造业,不仅是我国工业化的重要内容,也是用现代农业装备武装农业、推进农业现代化进程、提高农业国际竞争力、加快农村建设小康社会进程的需要。随着我国加入WTO和农业结构调整,为我国农机制造业带来了新的发展机遇和挑战。因此,在新的形势和任务下,研究农机制造业发展战略有着非常重要的现实意义。 本文运用产业经济学理论、产业发展理论以及战略管理理论,首先对农机制造业的外部环境进行分析和评价,外部环境主要包括宏观环境和产业发展环境,由此可以对我国农机制造业的发展环境有一个清晰的认识,发现我国农机制造业发展的机遇和挑战。然后,在此基础上对农机制造业内部环境进行详细的分析和评价,得出我国农机制造业所具有的优势和劣势。接着用SWOT矩阵匹配分析方法确定备选战略,运用QSPM定量战略计划矩阵对备选战略进行排序分析,确定我国农机制造业发展战略。最后,根据发展战略的定位与目标,提出了实施战略的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 To energize agricultural machinery manufacturing industry (referred to as ’the industry’ hereafter) is not only one of the important contents of China’s industrialization, but also the internal needs for arming undeveloped agriculture with modern machinery, accelerating agriculture modernization, increasing the competitiveness of agriculture and speeding up the construction of Well-off society in rural areas. The industry faces new opportunities and challenges with China’s entering to WTO and adjustments of agricultural structure. Therefore, strategic researches on its development will be of great practical value under the new circumstances.In this paper, attempts are made from actual conditions to set down and implement some strategic measures on revitalizing the industry, with application of theories and methods in Industry Economics and Strategic Management. After analyzing interior and exterior environments with Factor Evaluating Matrix, the author considers that the industry can be effectively react to the exterior factors but possesses relatively inferior interior environments. And with application of SWOT Matrix, main opportunities, threats, superiorities and weaknesses are identified within the industry. On basis of combining the settled goal with concerned surroundings, some strategies were formulated by applying SWOT Matching Matrix. Then they were optimized with Quantitatively Strategic Matrix.
