【摘要】 本课题从产业集群的角度来研究目前中国高新技术产业的发展创新组织模式。在分析高新技术产业集群演变趋势及其特征的基础上,探讨了高新技术产业集群形成和发展的机理,并构建了多维系统模型,为更好的研究发展组织模式提供理论基础。基于已有的高新技术产业发展模式,提出了创新组织模式的内涵。创新组织模式的内涵必须包括以下几个方面:1.产学研模式不可丢弃;2.高新技术产业集成化国际化的趋势,要求组织有弹性,打破地域界限;3.整合科技资源,提高创新能力和效率;4.立足于区域创新环境和区域创新网络。在高新技术产业集群创新组织模式中,由科技型企业、技术源(大学和研究机构)、中介服务机构和政府组成了主要结点,并在微观层面上采用技术资源共享型组织结构、中观层面上采用“官产学研”型虚拟研发创新联盟结构、宏观层面上采用中心一周边式的组织结构。然而要保证创新组织模式的有效运行,必须确保良好的区域创新环境和创新网络作为支撑。本课题选取长三角高新技术产业群作为实证研究对象,在理论结合实际的基础上得出了结论,并提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the view of industry cluster, the text researches on the developmental modal about the high-tech industry in China. Based on the analyses of the trend and characters about the high-tech industry cluster, the text studies the formation and the developmental mechanism, and then structures the multivariate systematic modal, which provides better theory for further research. Then, the text gives the concept about the innovational organization modal on the review of the existence. So called the innovational organization modal , it must contain the following four facts:(1)we shouldn’t cast off the modal of the corporation, high school and institute;(2)The national trend in the high-tech industry requests the flexible organization to break the zone boundary;(3) Integrate technological resource and improve the innovational capability and efficiency;(4)It bases on the regional &innovational circumstances andnetwork. The modal mainly composes of the technological corporation, high school &institute, agency and government, then based on the feasibility, further make up of the different structure on the different aspects. However, for the sake of the successful operation, the innovational organization modal must make sure the good regional &innovational circumstances and network. The text chooses the ChangSanJiao district high-tech industry for the demonstration, and reaches the conclusion by integrating theory with practice.
