【摘要】 区域创新系统作为一种科技创新的集成现象,在当今世界以及我国经济发展中引起了学术界的极大关注。在知识经济化、创新集成化的背景下,知识成为区域创新系统的重要资源,对区域创新系统的知识进行管理,是优化区域资源结构、提高区域创新能力的关键。将两者结合到一起进行研究,从知识管理的角度来探讨区域创新系统运行机制与模式,不仅可以深入挖掘知识这种战略资源在促进创新与变革中所具备的深刻意义,同时也可丰富知识管理在宏观管理层面上的内容。 文章运用科技哲学、管理学、经济学等基本原理,从知识管理的角度来研究区域创新系统问题。首先介绍了区域创新系统的概念以及构成要素,然后讲述了区域创新系统中的知识管理问题,而且还分析了知识管理对区域创新系统的作用。以上述分析为基础,文章探讨了基于知识管理的区域创新系统运行机制,重点从区域创新系统中创新组织互动的角度提出了知识创造、知识共享、知识应用的三大运行机制。为了体现区域创新系统的特色,文章还从案例分析出发,提出了基于知识合作的企业集群区域创新系统模型和基于知识链接的产业集聚区域创新系统模型。知识管理的最终目的是提高区域创新能力,所以文章通过分析知识管理与区域创新能力的关系,提出了基于知识管理的区域创新能力评价指标体系以及测度模型。最后,文章从加强知识基础建设,完善区域创新环境;强化区域创新组织之间的知识创造与扩散效率;优化区域创新系统知识共享和应用机制等三个角度提出了提升区域创新能力的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of integrated phenomenon of science and techno lodge innovation, regional innovation system is very prevalent in the economic development of China and world and attract attention utterly for academic area. Under the background of the knowledge become economic and the innovate integrated, knowledge is dominate resource in regional innovation system, so it is the key that carrying on the management of knowledge of the region innovation system to improve the regional innovation capability and optimizes the region resources structure. Two unifies conducts the research together, discusses the region innovation system movement mechanism and the pattern from the knowledge management angle, not only may thoroughly excavate the knowledge this kind of strategy resources the profound meaning which innovates in the promotion and transforms has, simultaneously has also enriched the knowledge management in the macroscopic management stratification plane content.The article study the questions of regional innovation system from the angle of knowledge through using the basis opinion about philosophy of science and technolodge, management, economic. First, the paper studies the region innovation system question from the knowledge management angle. The article first introduces the region innovation system concept as well as the integrant part, then narrates knowledge management question in the region innovation system, moreover also analysis the contribution of the knowledge management to sharpen the region innovation systems . Take the above analyzing as the foundation, the article discusses the movement mechanism based on the knowledge management region innovation system , innovates mainly the organization interaction angle from the region innovation system to propose the knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, the knowledge application three big movements mechanism. In order to manifest the characteristic of the region innovation system, The article embarks from the case analysis, proposes the two special region innovation system models which are enterprise cluster based on knowledge cooperation and industrial agglomeration based on knowledge linking. The final goal of the knowledge management is sharpens the region innovation ability. Therefore , through the analyzing knowledge management and the region innovation ability relations, the article proposes the appraisal target system as well as the measure model of the region innovation ability. Finally, the article proposes the countermeasure suggestion to promote the region innovation ability from strengthens the knowledge infrastructure, perfect regioninnovation environment; strengthens between the region innovation organization the knowledge creation and the proliferation efficiency; optimized region innovation system knowledge sharing and the application mechanism and so on three angles更多还原
