中大型蝶阀阀体发泡模具CAD及泡沫模样质量控制

【摘要】 消失模铸造在我国有了较大规模的应用,出现了一批采用该工艺生产阀门的铸造企业,生产出的灰铁和球铁阀门受到了阀门行业的好评。但是,产品对象只局限于小型阀门。受武汉亚美蝶阀厂委托,华中科技大学与武钢轧辊综合厂合作,对消失模铸造能否生产出中大型蝶阀阀体的命题进行了探索。本文重点在发泡模具CAD及泡沫模样的质量控制方面开展了研究。在借鉴小型蝶阀阀体发泡模具CAD 经验的基础上,分析了中大型蝶阀阀体的结构特点,考察了现有成型设备,采用三维CAD软件完成了五款(DN500、DN600、DN900、DN1000 和DN1200)中大型蝶阀阀体发泡模具的设计。为实现中型蝶阀(DN500 和DN600)阀体泡沫模样在简易立式成型机上整体成型之需要,提出了一种独特的机器开合成型与手工辅助脱模相结合的模具结构。在否定了大型蝶阀(DN900、DN1000和DN1200)阀体泡沫模样在简易立式成型机上整体成型之方案后,提出了合理的分片设计方案,既充分利用了现有成型设备,又大大降低了模具成本。在简易立式成型机上对五款中大型蝶阀阀体的发泡模具进行调试,制定出了EPS 泡沫模样的发泡成型工艺,较好地控制了泡沫模样的质量,实现了泡沫模样的批量生产。参与铸造工艺指导,实现了中大型蝶阀阀体铸件的批量生产,产品质量得到用户认可。采用消失模阀体铸件的中大型蝶阀受到好评。

【Abstract】 The paper explores the possibility of applying LFC to produce medium and large-sized butterfly valve body, emphatically studies the three dimensional CAD of the foam mold and the quality control for the foam pattern. Referencing the knowledge of three dimensional CAD about foam mold and the design experience of small-sized butterfly valve body′s foam mold, the three dimensional CAD of medium and large-sized butterfly valve body′s foam mold are completed. Aiming at the foam pattern of medium-sized butterfly valve body (DN500 and DN600) wholly molding on simple vertical machine, a particular mold structure of opening and closing by machine integrating demoulding manually is brought forward. After negating the feasibility of large-sized butterfly valve body’s foam pattern (DN900, DN1000 and DN1200) wholly molding on simple vertical machine, the reasonable foam pattern′s slicing project of large-sized butterfly valve body is put forward, not only well utilizing the present molding machines, but also making the cost of the molds fall greatly. The molds are successfully debugged on simple vertical machines, through debugging, the molding technics of EPS foam patterns is acquired, and the foam patterns’ quality is well controlled, finally the mass production of the foam patterns is realized. The technical guidance is processed for casting production, and the mass production of the cast is realized. The casts’ quality is recognized by customers.
