智能型馈线远方测控终端设备的研究

【摘要】 随着配电自动化的快速发展,用户对供电质量和供电可靠性的要求越来越高。馈线自动化是配电自动化的重要内容之一,它对于提高供电可靠性、降损节能、改善供电质量来讲至关重要。馈线自动化远方终端是馈线自动化的基础控制单元,对实现馈线自动化乃至配电自动化起着十分重要的作用。本文围绕适用于环网柜和适用于柱上开关的两种智能化馈线终端的研究开发工作展开论述。根据目前馈线主要开关设备的特点,本文分析和改进了几种典型的基于远方测控终端的馈线自动化故障处理模式。这些故障处理方案有助于提高供电可靠性。环网柜在我国配电网改造中得到了越来越广泛的应用,但目前现有其远方测控终端功能相对简单,性价比不高,适用范围有限。本文提出了一种适用于环网柜的智能型远方测控终端(RMU)的设计思想和技术实现方案,它采用集中式的结构,能够实现环网柜、开闭所、箱式变电站等整个供电节点的测量、保护、控制及电能质量管理等功能,并具有较高的性价比,满足配电自动化的发展要求。为了使RMU 具有广泛的现场适应性和功能可扩展性,论文提出了智能接线、模块化计算及逻辑时序控制等智能化技术方案,并详细论述了其实现目标和实现原理。由于电能质量已成为供电部门和电力用户共同关心的问题,所以RMU 利用数字信号处理器的强大计算能力实现了电能质量分析及统计的功能,该功能是RMU 的另一个特色。RMU 在硬件上采用了浮点型数字信号处理器、可编程逻辑器件等芯片,结合各种抗干扰措施,构建了一个强大、可靠的硬件平台。软件上运用了数字信号处理技术、数据库技术和面向对象的编程思想,高效地完成了采集计算、逻辑控制等功能。RMU通过了动模试验,功能指标达到了设计要求,目前已在箱式变电站中运行。最后,论文结合柱上型馈线远方测控终端(FTU)在抗恶劣环境、电源及通信等方面的特殊设计要求,提出了一种FTU 的设计方案,并阐述了FTU 在主板、操作电源及监视等方面的部分设计和开发工作。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Distribution Automation, customers’ requirements on the quality and reliability of electrical power supply grow higher and higher. Feeder Automation is one of the most important contents of Distribution Automation. It is of critical importance to decreasing wastage, saving energy and improving the quality and reliability of power supply. The Feeder Terminal Unit is the basic control unit of Feeder Automation and plays an important role in Distribution Automation as well as Feeder Automation.The research and development of the intelligent Feeder Terminal Units applied in Ring Main Unit and switch on the pole. Based on the research of feeder switch characters, some typical modes of fault handling are analyzed and amended. The reliability of power supply is improved by these methods. Ring Main Unit is used more and more in the process of distribution alteration these days, but the functions of control devices applied in Ring Main Unit are simple. Besides this, those devices have low adaptability. For the reason above, the idea and design of a novel intelligent electric device are presented in this thesis. The functions of control, measurement, protection and power quality analysis used in the whole distribution node such as Ring Main Unit, switch station and box-type transformer substation are integrated in this device that has concentrative structure in order to meet the requirement of Distribution Automation. In order to improve the adaptability and expansibility of RMU device, intelligent connection, modularized calculation and time-sequence logic control are researched. The power quality analysis are concerned in RMU device based on the powerful calculation of DSP, because it is important to power supply department and users now. RMU device has a reliable hardware platform because Floating DSP, CPLD, etc are applied in the mainboard of RMU device, and a lot of methods of anti-jamming are adopted in it. The function such as sampling, calculation, and logic control are realized based on the technique of digital signal process, database and oriented object. The device has passed the dynamic simulation test and the prospectived technical goals have been achieved. RMU devices are applied in some box-type transformer substations. In addition, some special requirements such as atrocious environment resisting, operation source and communication are concerned in the design of a FTU device. The design and development of mainboard, operation source and its monitor are presented in this paper.
