高温超导电缆监测与保护系统研制

【摘要】 随着电力系统规模的不断扩大,传输容量的不断提高,对电力系统的运行提出了新的更高要求。高温超导电力技术的不断进步,将为传统电力系统面临的难题带来新的解决方案,其中高温超导电缆将可能率先在电力系统中实现工程应用。为保证高温超导电缆的安全稳定运行,对高温超导电缆的运行提供监控和保护是非常必要的,其研究和开发具有重要的理论和现实意义。论文从我国第一条高温超导电缆挂网工程的技术要求和实际情况出发, 围绕高温超导电缆监测与保护系统展开研发工作。文中首先介绍了我国电力系统的发展状况,以及高温超导电缆的社会需求和技术优势,然后对国内外有关高温超导电缆的研究和应用现状以及存在的主要问题进行了分析和综述。高温超导电缆的失超检测和保护是超导电缆实用化过程中需要重点解决的关键技术问题之一。目前有关超导电缆的失超检测主要基于温度、压力、流速等非电气量参数,存在响应速度慢,难以对由于短路电流引发的失超故障进行有效保护的缺陷。针对上述问题,文中提出了一种基于超导电缆电流大小的三层式保护策略。该方法综合利用了电气量和非电气量在失超检测中的各自优势,且实现方便,易于工程应用。以三层式保护策略为基础,提出了一套完整的高温超导电缆监测与保护系统总体设计方案。文中系统介绍了总体方案的设计原则以及监测和保护功能的配置特点。由于超导电缆监测与保护系统功能丰富、数据处理和存储量较大,对硬件平台资源提出了更高要求。针对这一特点,系统采用了多CPU 并行工作的分层式硬件结构。文中介绍了硬件系统的基本构成以及主要模板的设计特点和工作原理。下层机和上层机软件根据功能需求和硬件平台的不同采用了不同的设计方法,以兼顾监测和保护的不同应用要求。除可完成各类保护功能外,还可实现运行参数的在线监测、稳态数据和故障数据的记录与分析等。论文详细介绍了上、下层机软件的基本算法、软件流程以及具体实现技术。高温超导电缆监测与保护系统开发完成后,进行了全面的静态模拟测试和现场挂

【Abstract】 As the capacity of power system is becoming more and more large ,the new and advanced criterions is required .The technology of high temperature superconductor(HTS) will bring many advantages and solutions for the criterions. The high temperature superconducting(HTS) cables will be applied in the power system first. In order to ensure the HTS cables working in safety, monitoring and protecting for the HTS cables is necessary and important in the foreground. Starting from the requirement and the practice of the HTS cables applying in the power system ,the paper presented the research and development process of the HTS cables monitoring and protection device. The paper described the status of demands in the power system of our country and the technology of HTS in the world at first. Then the paper discussed and analyzed the problems about the HTS in the world. The quench and protection of HTS is one of the keys in the application of HTS cables .Presently detecting the temperature , pressure and flux about HTS cables are the main methods in quench detection. These non-electric parameters respond slowly ,and can’t offer sufficient protection in short current .According the magnitude of fault current ,the paper presented the three layers protection method both with the electric and non-electric parameters ,and can easily apply in the projects. Based on three layers protection the paper presented the blue print about the HTS cable’s monitoring and protection , and offered the configuration about monitoring and protection. In order to give attention both to monitoring and protection ,The HTS cables monitoring and protection device combined with topper union and lower union ,and it had rich functions include monitoring , protection fault recording ,etc .The two unions adopted different hardware platform and executed the suitable functions .The paper also introduced the arithmetic, flow and implement of the software. After finished the HTS cables monitoring and protection system the system have been verified by static simulation experiments and applied in the power system .The paper introduced and discussed the results of the test. All the results indicate that the HTS cables monitoring and protection system reached the prospective criterions and worked well.
