产品几何规范(GPS)知识库的研究

【摘要】 产品几何规范(GPS-Geometrical Product Specification and Verification)标准体系是影响最广、最重要的基础标准体系之一,是制造业信息化、质量管理、工业自动化系统与集成等工作的基础。为了以较快速度贯彻实施已经得到国际上普遍认同的新一代GPS 标准体系,较好的方法是采用数据库和知识工程技术搭建能与CAX 系统相结合,以新一代GPS 技术标准体系为基础的GPS 知识库,以帮助设计人员、制造人员、计量人员、测量人员更快地了解和掌握新一代GPS 技术标准体系的具体规范要求。通过GPS 知识库来规范产品设计、生产、检验行为以及给出衡量产品合格的统一判定依据,保证测量评估结果的一致性。本文通过对新一代GPS 的理论基础、关键技术的分析和研究,依据新一代GPS 的通用矩阵模型和对偶性原理,研究并提出了GPS 知识库的基本框架,GPS 知识库由基于通用GPS 矩阵模型搭建的数据库和基于对偶性原理设计的知识推理机构组成。随后以直径这一典型要素为例,依据通用GPS 矩阵中的直径公差设计和验证这一条链的数据流的分析,建立了统一的基于设计、制造和测量特征的直径公差数学模型,以及基于范数论的直径公差的评定算法——最小二乘法的数学模型。并以Autodesk 公司的AutoCAD2002 软件作为子系统和直径这一典型要素作为特例,对GPS 知识库进行了测试,实现了在直径公差标注上扩展满足新一代GPS 规范要求的测量信息。

【Abstract】 Geometrical Product Specification and verification (GPS) standard system is the most fundamental standard system, and the foundation of quality management and automatization integrated system for the manufacturing industry. GPS knowledge base is constructed with database and knowledge engineering technique for New GPS standard system and further integration of CAX system. The knowledge base will help designers, manufacturing engineers and metrologists get onto the road of the new GPS, promote revolutionary changes in China’s system of standards and metrology, and accelerate the implementation of the new GPS. It also will constitute a uniform verification rule, which specified operations of design, manufacture and metrology, to confirm whether quality of geometrical product meet its functional requirement. In the paper, the basic theory, the key technology of New GPS is investigated. The framework of GPS knowledge base is constructed based with databases based on the general matrix model and Inference Mechanisms based on the duality principle of New GPS. Then, as an example of a typical feature diameter, a data structure of diameter tolerance with the characteristics of design, manufacturing and verification is designed for GPS knowledge base, analyzing on the data flow of diameter tolerance design and verification in general GPS matrix. An arithmetic model for the least squares circle (LSC) based on the norm theory, one of verification arithmetic of diameter tolerance, is designed. Moreover, an ARX program used the 3rd developing tool named ARX2002 is developed to test GPS knowledge base. The ARX program triumphantly extended some appropriate measuring information specified by New GPS for diameter tolerance design in AutoCAD2002 software.
