【摘要】 媒介管理是个比较宽泛的概念,本文选取其微观的层面:电视节目生产过程进行研究,尝试探讨在电视节目生产过程中导入ISO9000:2000 质量管理体系标准的可能性及实际操作方法,希望把节目的生产过程纳入到科学规范的质量管理体系框架中,以此来促成微观层面的媒介管理的创新与发展。从中央电视台获得第一张ISO 质量管理体系标准认证证书以来,山西电视台、厦门电视台、黑龙江电视台等各个电视台都在开始尝试将质量管理体系纳入电视媒介管理之中。该标准针对消费者所购买的产品或享受的服务提供质量保证,以上各电视台的举措,昭示着国内媒介已经在质量保证标准上向企业看齐,也同时意味着媒介在经营管理层面,开始尝试按照市场规律来运作了。在电视节目的生产过程中引入ISO9000:2000 质量管理体系标准,可利用该标准提供的科学、规范的管理努力优化节目制作与管理运行机制,来确保宣传质量。媒介的竞争,说到底是宣传质量的竞争,对电视而言,电视节目的质量是其互相竞争的焦点,只有在节目上获得优势才能真正在电视媒介的市场竞争中占据主动地位。因此,在这个时候,选择对出现在媒介领域的这种新的现象进行分析,对规范在媒介管理中运用质量管理体系,探讨质量管理体系在媒介运用中的可行性,指导其他尚未开展质量管理认证工作的媒介组织是有积极作用的,也是一种创新的体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Media management is a broad concept. Based on the narrow point, this paper studies the produce process of TV shoes & discusses the possibility of using ISO9001: 2000 in the process of producing TV shows and the actuary methods. The aim is to add the process of producing TV shows to the scientific and accurate quality management systems, so as to promote the creating and development of the media management in the narrow point. Since CCTV got the fist certification of ISO quality management systems, many TV station such as Shanxi, Xiamen, Heilongjiang TV station are trying to add quality management systems to media management. This system provides quality protection according to productions or services. This shows media compositions in our country are doing as the conducts do in the aspect of quality management systems. This also means we try to manage media according to market. Using ISO9001 standard to produce TV shows can product quality. The competition of media is acutely the quality competition. The quality of TV programs is the key to compete with each other. “Only qualified TV shows can survived in the market competition.”This paper analyses this new phenomena in the field of media, and discusses the possibilities of using ISO quality management systems.
