恒流量自动浇注控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 研制一套铝熔液恒流量自动浇注控制系统,实现精确的流量控制,是解决工艺参数对铝电磁快速连续铸轧理论研究的不利影响的关键环节。论文针对自动浇注控制系统设计中的流量模型、电路结构以及计算机控制等关键技术进行了详细的研究。 论文首先介绍了铝板坯生产工艺中铝熔液的浇注方式和发展现状,阐明了浇注流量对铝板坯质量的影响,通过分析浇注系统的构成及工作原理,明确了自动浇注控制系统的研究方向与设计思路。首先建立浇注流量的数学模型,找出浇注流量与电机转速的关系,在此基础上,提出了以直流调速为核心的控制方案。然后进行主电路、控制电路、控制算法以及监控软件的研究与设计,给出具体实现方案。以晶闸管为核心器件构成转速、电流双闭环调速系统的主电路,控制电路为基于工控机的数字-模拟混合式控制器,通过监控软件实现转速、电流数字调节器的调节规律及浇注过程的监控。 铝熔液恒流量自动浇注控制系统的研究与设计,为铝电磁快速连续铸轧理论研究提供了良好的生产试验环境,并将有利于推进铝连续铸轧理论和我国铝加工工业技术的发展。

【Abstract】 Research and design a suit of servomechanism to realize accurate flux control is the key to resolve blight from technics parameter to the electromagnetic fast casting-rolling of aluminum strips. In this paper, some key technologies of the servomechanism are researched detailedly such as the flux model, the circuit construction, the computer control and so on.At first, the paper introduces the mode and actuality of molten aluminum’s inpouring in the electromagnetic fast casting-rolling of aluminum strips, and the influence of flux to beaten aluminum is expounded. Analyzing the framework and working principle of inpouring system clears up the research direction and design approach. The flux model of the inpouring is founded firstly to find the relation between inpouring flux and electromotor’s rotate speed. Based on the model, the timing of DC motor is regarded as the core of the controlling precept. Then, the rectification circuit, controlling circuit, control algorithm and software monitor are researched and designed in detail. The silicon controlled rectifier is the hardcore of actiyator which has reactive circuit, and the controller is based on the industrial control computer. The software monitor realizes the control algorithm and process monitoring.The research in this paper not only improves the test atmosphere of electromagnetic fast casting-rolling, but also advances the theory in this area and promotes the development of aluminum machining technology.
