交叉学科培养创新人才研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代呼唤具有创新精神与创新能力的人才。创新人才的培养既是时代发展的迫切需要,也是当代研究生教育的必然选择。 所谓创新人才,本文将其界定为那些掌握大量现代科学知识,并对当代经济、文化、制度的发展在理论和实践上具有创造性贡献的人,并揭示了创新人才的五个特征:宽厚的知识基础、综合的创新思维、强烈的创新意识、突出的实践能力和良好的创新品格。 交叉学科是孕育创新人才的摇篮。对研究生开展交叉学科课程教学、科研、学术交流等活动,有利于促进创新人才的培养。本文以交叉学科为平台,分析了国内研究生教育中利用交叉学科培养创新人才所存在的主要问题,探讨了交叉学科的发展、利用交叉学科培养创新人才的观念以及机制等问题,并结合国内的一些成功经验,提出了在研究生教育中充分利用交叉学科培养创新人才的具体思路。文章认为,只有促进交叉学科的发展,强化交叉学科培养创新人才的理念,同时建立起一整套的跨学科招生、指导教师配备、课程建设、科学研究、学术交流等交叉学科创新人才培养机制,才能充分利用好交叉学科这个平台培养出适合时代发展需要的新世纪创新人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The era of knowledge-driven economy calls for initiative spirit and innovation ability. The cultivation of innovative talents is not only an urgent need of era development, but also an inevitable choice of current graduate education.So-called innovative talents, it can be defined as those people who grasp a large amount of modern science knowledge, and have made creative contributions to the development of the theory and practice in the modern economy, culture and system; additionally, they should have the five characteristics: ample knowledge foundation, comprehensive innovative thinking, strong innovative consciousness, outstanding practice ability and good innovative character.Interdisciplinary is a cradle that is pregnant with innovative talents. It is in favor of promoting the cultivation of innovation talents to carry out the interdisciplinary collaboration in course teaching, scientific research and academic intercommunication to the graduate student. Taking interdisciplinary as platform, the problems have been analyzed on utilizing interdisciplinary to cultivate innovative talents in current domestic graduate education. Their corresponding solution was also discussed, that is to say, the goal on utilizing the interdisciplinary to cultivate innovative talents in 21st century could realized only by promoting the development of interdisciplinary, strengthening this idea of innovative talents cultivation, setting up a entire mechanism to interdisciplinary recruitment, supervisor allocation, course construction, scientific research, academic intercommunication, etc.更多还原
