双级液气喷射装置在化工混合反应工艺中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文根据液气两相流传质理论和液气射流泵性能理论,依托广西梧州松脂股份有限公司1500吨/年芳樟醇技改示范工程和唐山钢铁公司炼焦制气厂130万吨/年焦炭扩建项目,设计研制出用于化工行业的双级液气喷射混合装置,并成功投入工业生产。通过对装置的现场测试及分析研究,进一步完善了设计方法,为今后提高装置的传能及传质效率,和扩大其应用范围打下良好的基础。 论文第一章对喷射混合装置的发展过程和应用现状进行综述,明确了本文研究的目的和意义,指出了研制工作的技术难点和创新点。第二章系统分析了液气两相流传质理论和液气射流泵性能理论。第三章介绍双级循环喷射氧化反应装置的研制过程,包括中间试验,投产中出现的问题及其改进方法。根据第二章的设计理论提出了设计计算方法,编制了计算程序。着重解决了变粘度、变密度流体的双级液气射流泵性能的数值计算。第四章介绍了用于煤气湿法脱硫工艺的双级液气脱硫喷射器研制工作。研制出适合其应用的大气量、微气泡双级液气喷射器。通过对生产现场实测数据进行分析计算,初步验证了计算方法。第五章总结上述研究开发工作,展望了双级液气喷射混合反应装置在工业生产中的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of two phase flow mass transfer and liquid-gas jet pump, the two stage liquid-gas jet mixing reaction device has been developed and applied in Guangxiwuzhou 1500 ton/year linalool plant and Tangshan steel company 1,300,000 ton/year coking enlarge plant. Through industry testing and analyzing, the design method has been improved. The basic to improving the efficiency of mass transfer and extending the application of this jet device is founded.In chapter 1, the history of the development and the application about the liquid-gas jet device is summarized. The purpose and significance of the research work is provided. The difficulty and the innovation of the research work are indicated. In chapter 2, the theory of liquid gas flow and liquid-gas jet pump has been analyzed systematically. In chapter 3, the process of developing the two stage circulating jet oxidation reactor is introduced. According to the; theory on chapter 2, the design method and calculation program is provided. The problem of the liquid-gas jet pump calculation for changing viscosity and density is solved. In chapter 4, the development of two stage liquid-gas jet pump for coal gas wetting desulfuration technology is presented, in which the air quantity is big and the air bladder is tiny. The calculation program of this jet device has been initially validated by the industry testing. In chapter 5, the research work is summarized and the expectation of this jet device application in industry is presented.
