基于CTP制版的调频加网工艺研究

【摘要】 调频加网历经二十多年的发展,在算法上做出了很大改进,许多印前供应商都向客户提供了调频加网技术。传统的晒版工艺使调频加网的应用环境更加受限,所以在实际生产中应用调频加网的厂家少之又少。CTP技术的成熟与推广,使得我们能精确的控制印前的生产,这为调频加网的应用提供了新的空间。所以有必要研究在新的数字化流程中的调频加网工艺,推动调频加网在实际生产中的应用。 本文在实验的基础上,对调频加网的工艺进行了比较全面的探索。首先,测试了调频加网的CTP输出特性,总结了CTP版质量控制的方法与步骤,并做出了相应的线性化调整。然后,用CTP输出的调频、调幅测试印版进行机械打样实验,对比研究调频加网、调幅加网在打样过程中的网点扩大规律,探索调频加网最佳实地密度的确定方法,对比分析调幅加网、调幅加网的灰平衡数据,研究调频加网的色域特点。借助机械打样模拟的印刷环境,分析了调频加网的各个工艺特点,形成了调频加网在数字化流程中的整体工艺。 本文提出的一些调频加网质量控制方法,总结的一些工艺特点可以作为调频加网应用于实践的参考。

【Abstract】 After more than 20 years ’ development, Frequency-Modulated (FM) screens has already reached commercialization. Many printing seal supperlier offer Frequency-Modulated (FM) screens to their customers, but because of all sorts of techniques reason, the use of Frequency-Modulated (FM) screens are few in actual production. In recent years, CTP equipment is accepted by many printing company, this add for Frequency-Modulated (FM) screens the new opportunity. So we have the necessary to research the Frequency-Modulated (FM) screening in the new digitized printing process. And hope that the research can help to develop the using of Frequency-Modulated (FM) screening.This text has carried on most of all exploration to the techniques of Frequency-Modulated (FM) screening on the basis of experiment. First of all, test the output characteristic of Frequency-Modulated (FM) screens on CTP, summarize the quality control method of CTP plates, and corresponding linearization adjustment was made. Then, by using the plates come from the output or CTP, mechanical proofing is used to study the dot gain regularity of FM screening and AM screening, research the method to find the best solid density of proofing, compare the difference data in gray balance of AM and FM screening, and analyzed the color gamut of FM screening. By the environment of printing imitated from mechanical proofing we analyzed all most the techniques in the use of FM screening, and then come to the whole craftwork in the digital process of printing.Some quality control method and some craft characteristics summarized that this text puts forward can be applied to practice as consultation.
