基于CTP流程的色彩与网点转移特性分析

【摘要】 在印刷技术迅猛发展和市场竞争日益激烈的今天,印品的高质量成为企业的生命支柱。国内诸多厂商已将引进CTP提升至企业运营的首要发展议程,期待CTP流程能在网点和色彩方面发挥更大优势和潜力,开拓产品市场。因此,在精密设备、先进流程基础上,建立合理、科学、具体的色彩与网点转移的控制标准和手段是突破目前CTP技术应用瓶颈的关键,也是印厂投资与应用CTP技术的关注热点。 本课题以CTP流程网点扩大与灰平衡再现为研究重点,通过对网点与色彩再现关系、转移原理和控制方法理论的剖析,综合网点扩大的诸多影响因素,结合实验,多维度地分析CTP工艺的网点扩大规律,并采用仪器测量客观再现系统灰平衡曲线、网点扩大补偿以及优化系统的分色设置。针对工艺的缺陷,适时地引入色彩管理的举措,优化CTP流程,构建出一个合理、标准的流程生产模型。 整个实验设计项目的实施形成了一套CTP流程标准质量控制体系,其合理性在工业实践中得到验证。所以,本研究可以作为印厂进行色彩与网点控制和流程建设的方法和应用指南。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the rapid development of printing technology and drastic business competition, high quality of printed product becomes to be the life pillar of an enterprise. Many domestic manufacturers have already promoted CTP introduction to primary development agenda that enterprise runs. They expect that the CTP workflow could exploit market by giving great advantages and potentialities in dot and color. Therefore, setting up a reasonable, scientific, concrete control standards and means to color with dot transmission based on precision equipment and advanced workflow is the key to breaking through the bottleneck of CTP technical application at present. And it becomes the focus of investment and CTP technology application for a factory.This subject expands with dot gain and gray balance reproduction of the CTP workflow for focal point. Through analyzing the relation between dot and color reproduction, transmission principle and control method, integrating a great deal of influence factors, it makes an experiment, and analyzes the disciplinarian of dot gain in the CTP workflow from multidimension. Meanwhile, by instrument measurement, it has reproduced the gray balance curves, dot gain compensation and has optimized separation setting of system. To the blemish of the craft, it introduces the color management in good time, optimizes the CTP workflow, and structures a reasonable, standard workflow model.The whole experiment design project implementation structures a standard quality control model of CTP workflow, and its rationality has been validated in the industrial practice. So, this study could be a successful method and using guide for the factory which plans to make quality control and workflow construction.
