【摘要】 我们现在已经生活在一个网络化的时代,通信、计算机和网络技术正改变着整个人类和社会。大量信息在给人们带来方便的同时也带来了一些问题:第一是信息过量,难以消化;第二是信息真假难以辨识;第三是信息安全难以保证;第四是信息形式不一致,难以统一处理。人们开始考虑:“如何才能不被信息淹没,而是从中及时发现有用的知识、提高信息利用率?”面对这一挑战,数据挖掘技术应运而生,它是一门将人类的探索能力和计算机的强大处理能力结合在一起,发掘海量数据背后隐藏的知识的新兴技术。信息可视化是一门涉及计算机图形学、图像处理、计算机辅助设计、计算机视觉、用户界面方法学、系统设计、信号处理及人机交互技术等多个领域的新兴交叉学科。 可视化和数据挖掘是两个可互为补充利用的相关研究领域。当把可视化作为数据挖掘的技术之一时,同其它技术相比,它有一个独特之处:能极大地发挥用户的主动参与性。由于对数据进行了可视化,用户愿意进行探索,在探索过程中可能发现意外的知识。使用可视化技术作为服务于计算机与用户之间的沟通纽带,为用户提供关于数据和知识的直观信息,虽然不是数据挖掘系统中必不可少的,但是极其重要的一步。并且,传统的挖掘过程不可见、不直观,用户无法干预挖掘过程,对用户来说好像是一个黑箱子,使得用户对系统得出的结论持怀疑态度。使用适当的可视化技术,帮助用户更紧密地与整个挖掘过程相结合,可以解决系统中存在的一些问题。将可视化技术与数据挖掘技术两者结合起来,进行可视化的数据挖掘,可以大大地提高数据挖掘的效率,也可以得到更多更有价值的结果。数据挖掘可视化的目的是使用户能够交互地浏览数据、挖掘过程等,当所要识别的不规则事物是一系列图形而不是数字表格时,人的识别速度是最快的。 本文分别介绍了可视化技术和数据挖掘技术的基本概念、作用、及应用的情况和目前存在的问题,在综合研究各种可视化方法以及各种数据挖掘方法的特点的基础上,对可视化与数据挖掘两者的整合以及应用进行了专题研究,分析了数据挖掘可视化的出现的背景意义,探讨了数据挖掘可视化的应用现状,并研究了数据挖掘可视化的方法、应用及其发展趋势,并对可视化数据挖掘原型系统的结构进行了深入的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now, We just live in the age of network, communication computer and internet are changing the people’s life and the whole society. Lots of information brings some problems as thought they bring much convenience to us. People begin to think that how to find the useful knowledge in the information sea, and keep from submerging in it? Facing these problems, Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery technologies have appeared, it is one of the newest technologies that combine human’ s explore ability and computer* s great ability. Information visualization is a new study that involves in computer graph, image processing, CASE, computer sight, GUI methods, system design, signals, and human-computer interaction.Visualization and data mining are two fields that make use of each other. Visualization can greatly motivate human’s activities when using it as a technology of data mining. People are willing to explore and may get what he wants during to the visualization. It is notwithstanding but very important that using visualization as the bridge between computer and users to show them those information directly. The traditional mining procedure is invisible and indirect, user cannot tamper in it, so it looks like a "black box* and users are doubted about the conclusion. Visualizational data mining can greatly improve the efficiency of data mining and get more valuable results. Its purpose is to make users explore information and mine interactively with the computer. Images are mush easier for people to identify than digital tables.In this article, firstly the author introduces some basic conceptions, impacts, applying and problems about the visualization and data mining technologies. Based on these researching, then gives a special emphasis on the combination of them, and its great meaning, applying and tendency.
