大型电站锅炉燃烧系统复杂控制的研究

【摘要】 锅炉燃烧系统的控制是火电厂最重要的过程控制。锅炉燃烧控制的三个子系统,即燃料量控制回路、送风控制回路和引风控制回路的控制品质都直接关系到整个机组的安全和经济运行。由于锅炉燃烧被控对象是典型的多变量复杂系统,目前国内广泛采用的常规PID控制方案的控制效果并不理想,所以本文将模糊控制理论、神经元控制理论和混杂控制理论引入锅炉燃烧系统。 在模糊控制理论研究方面,本文主要研究了常规模糊控制器和控制规则可调整的智能权函数模糊控制器;在神经元控制理论方面,本文主要研究了单神经元控制方案,也简单介绍了神经网络控制理论;在混杂控制理论方面,本文主要研究了利用Petri网建模分析混杂系统的方法。 在计算机仿真研究方面,本文充分利用了MATLAB软件,在SIMULINK中建立了上述各种复杂控制理论应用于锅炉燃烧系统的仿真模型,获得了各种仿真曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析。 在工程应用方面,本文介绍了利用XDPS-400组态软件实现的智能控制方案在大型电站300MW发电机组锅炉燃烧系统上的实施情况,主要是应用组态软件对模糊神经元控制方案进行组态以及对实施要点的总结,并且对投运结果进行了分析。实际投运结果表明,模糊神经元控制算法能够对锅炉燃烧系统这类复杂被控对象进行控制,而且控制效果比较满意。 论文最后进行分析总结,对今后的工作和发展方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The control of boiler combustion system is the most important process control in the thermal power plant. The control quality of the three subsystem of boiler combustion control system is directly related to the safe and economic running of the power plant. But the controlled object of the boiler combustion system is a typical multivariable complex system, the effect of the routine PID control method that widely adopted in the domestic power plant is not satisfactory. So the fuzzy control theory , the neuron control theory and the hybrid control theory are introduced into the boiler combustion system in this paper.On the research of fuzzy control theory, the normal fuzzy controller and the intelligent weigh function fuzzy controller whose control rules can be adjusted are primarily studied in this paper; on the research of neuron control theory, the single neuron control theory is primarily studied, and the artificial neural network control theory is simply introduced in this paper; on the research of hybrid control theory, this paper studied the method to analyze the hybrid system by using Petri net to establish the model.On the research of computer simulation, the MATLAB software is fully utilized in this paper. The simulation models applying the above-mentioned control theories in the boiler combustion system are established in SIMULINK, the simulation curves are obtained and the simulation results are analyzed.On the project application, how the fuzzy-neuron control scheme realized by using XDPS-400 configuration software was put into practice in Shimen power plant in Hunan province is introduced in this paper.
