【摘要】 “资源”在我们的生活中是一个应用很广泛的概念,是相对于人类需求而存在的。资源是一种财富,如水资源、土地资源等。思想政治工作领域也同样存在着资源。思想政治工作资源是一种教育需求,教育需求具有鲜明的社会性,具有政治的、法律的、道德的引导、保证和约束作用。音乐作品作为艺术门类中的一个重要部分,蕴涵着丰富的思想政治工作资源。本文首次提出音乐作品的思想政治工作资源问题,在分析研究音乐作品及其构成要素、音乐作品与美育的关联以及思想政治工作资源的内涵、类型、特征、功能等的基础上,对音乐作品的思想政治工作资源的系列问题进行了研究。一是通过对音乐作品的动态造型特征、非权力因素、社会功能、构成、层次的探讨,研究了音乐作品的思想政治工作资源的客观性;二是通过对音乐作品中的精神表现、激励表现、宣传教育表现和音乐家的创作过程表现的探讨,研究了音乐作品的思想政治工作资源的表现;三是通过对音乐作品内容的社会价值、过程的陶冶价值、开展的载体价值、精神产品价值和自我教育价值的探讨,研究了音乐作品的思想政治工作资源的价值;四是通过对音乐作品的开发途径、效益、力度的探讨,提出了音乐作品作为思想政治工作资源的利用价值,从而研究了音乐作品的思想政治工作资源的丌发利用,为思想政治工作充分利用音乐作品资源提供了理论依据和操作方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Resource" is a conception that is widely applied in our life. Resource exists depends on the requirement of human beings. Resource also is a wealth such as the resource of water and the resource of land, etc. There also exists the resource in the realm of Ideological and Political Work and it is a requirement of education. The education requirement has a distinctive social quality, which have instruction, assurance, and restriction function of political, legal and moral. Musical works are considered as an important part of art category and contain plenty of Ideological and Political Work resources. This article puts forwards the problems of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resources for the very first time. It discusses a series of problems of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resources on the basis of analyzing and researching the musical works, its factors of constitution, interrelation between the musical works and aesthetic education and connotation, character, type and function of Ideological and Political Work resources. First, it studies the objectivity of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resources through probing into the dynamic moulding character, non-power factor, social function, constitution and arrangement of musical works. Second, it studies the exhibition of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resources through probing into the musical works’ spirit exhibition, encourage exhibition, publicity and education exhibition and the exhibition of musical works’ production process. Third, it studies the value of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resources by probing into the social value of the essence, the moulding value of the process, the medium value of launch, spirit production value, and self-education value of musical works. Fourth, it puts forwards the utilize value of the musical works as Ideological and Political Work resource by probing into the exploitation method, beneficial, and intensity of music works. It also studies the exploitation and using of musical works’ Ideological and Political Work resource, and it provides academic foundation and manipulative ways for Ideological and Political Work to use musical works resources adequately.更多还原
