【摘要】 对外直接投资是推进经济活动全球化的重要力量。由于世界经济发展格局中存在着区位条件的差异,因而对外直接投资中最关键的是投资对象国的区位选择。 随着我国对外直接投资的迅猛发展,我国对外直接投资区位的合理选择已成为迫切需要研究的理论和现实问题。本文总结了国际直接投资区位选择的有关理论成果,并且对研究的现实背景——我国对外直接投资区位选择的历史、现状和问题——进行了多角度立体“透视”。然后,通过借鉴引力空间模型的基本框架,构建了新的引力模型,以此区分发展中国家和发达国家作为东道国,吸收外国直接投资的引力大小,从而对我国对外接直投资区位选择的政策导向提供实证依据。论文的最后,在前文我国对外直接投资区位选择理论与实证分析的基础上,对今后我国对外直接投资的区位选择提出了几点政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The foreign direct investment is the important strength of advancing the economic activity to globalize. There is difference of conditions of position in the economic development pattern of the world. Therefore the most key one is target’s position choice of the country of the investment in the foreign direct investment.With the swift and violent development of foreign direct investment for China, the reasonable location choice of our country foreign direct investment already becomes theory and realistic problem that we need to study urgently. This text reviews international direct investment position chooses relevant documents of theory systematically at first. Secondly, to the realistic background studying history, current situation and question chosen in position of foreign direct investment of our country -have carried on three-dimensional " perspective " of many angles. Then, through drawing lessons from the basic frame of the space model of the gravitation, This text structures the new "Gravity Model" so as to distinguish developing countries and developed country as the host country, absorb foreign gravitation size of direct investment, thus our country to outer to invest in policy guidance that position choose offer empirical basis direct correctly. The end of the thesis, on the basis of the thing that our country of preceding paragraphs chooses the theory and empiric to analyze in the direct investment position externally, this text proposes some policy recommendations to the location of the foreign direct investment of our country in the future.更多还原
