【摘要】 发电企业是人才、技术和设备密集的流程型生产企业,信息化基础较好。为了实现既定的企业生产和经济目标,发电企业对设备运行的安全性和可靠性要求高;同时为满足增加效益的需求,发电企业必须优化自己的生产流程与资源,使物流、资金流、信息流处于最佳结合状态。而要使管理科学化,具有可操作性,就必须采用计算机辅助管理;要达到信息加工的自动化,提高信息的准确性、及时性,就需要一套符合发电企业生产经营特点的先进的管理信息系统。同时,随着电力行业的电力体制改革,在发电环节引入竞争机制,逐步实施“厂网分开、竞价上网”的措施,使得发电企业也在逐渐由纯粹的生产型企业向生产经营型企业转变,因此,提高发电企业的市场竞争能力已是一项迫在眉睫的任务。 作为集成式的信息管理系统——ERP系统可以对发电企业人力、财力、物力和生产等资源进行全面控制,进而达到理性配置企业资源,最大化地发挥企业的资源效益。本文首先通过分析ERP系统在国内外的发展与电力行业信息化发展的现状,指出了ERP系统在发电企业应用的发展方向与前景;同时基于目前企业信息化建设的现状及电力企业自身的特点,通过对企业各部门运营的功能与流程分析,从硬件和软件两个方面提出了在发电企业如何规划设计ERP系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electricity power enterprise is the manufacturing enterprise full of intensive talent, technology and procedure equipments, and has a better information-based foundation compared with others. In order to realize the production and economic goal, security and dependability of the electricity power enterprise equipments are required; At the same time, in order to meet the demand of increasing the benefits, the electricity power enterprise must optimize it’s own production procedure and resource, making logistics , funds , information flow into the best state of combining . And it is proved an effective method by adopting the computer-aided management such as management information system into the enterprise to improve the accuracy of information, efficiency.As for the electronic power enterprise, with the development of the marketable reform, it has been an imperative task for companies to become more competitive and they have paid more attention to improving the quality of management.ERP system can control in an all-round way such resources as the manpower, financial resources, material resources and production of electricity power enterprise,etc., and this system is used to make an reasonable arrangement of the enterprise resource.In this paper, the current development situation of the ERP system is analyzed, and the developing direction and prospect used in the electricity power enterprise in ERP system is pointed out. Then based on the current situation of the information construction in electricity power enterprise and the electric enterprise’s own characteristic, the blue print about a planning and design ERP system in the electricity power enterprise is proposed from such two respects as hardware and software.更多还原
