容灾技术研究

【摘要】 随着IT系统的广泛深入应用,IT系统日益被集成到组织的业务流程中,并成为组织各项业务的支撑平台。与此相适应,IT系统的高可用性和容灾能力问题日益成为组织关注的一个焦点,容灾系统的建设对于国防、政府、企业都有着重要的意义。容灾系统的目标在于提高IT系统的生存能力,保障业务流程的连续性,减少因各种灾难而造成的损失。 随着组织对业务连续性需求的不断增加,容灾系统一个新的发展方向就是要将高可用性集成到容灾系统中去,使IT系统具有更快的恢复能力、尽可能少丢失数据和更强的抗灾能力。存储和应用体系结构的演进以及网络技术的发展为容灾系统的发展提供了动力。 大型的组织中IT系统的规模很大,系统复杂程度不断提高,容灾设计和投资决策变得难于管理,迫切需要一套行之有效的容灾系统需求分析方法来确定容灾需求,为容灾设计和投资决策提供支持。 本文依照工程化的思想,将生命周期模型引入灾难恢复系统的规划和管理中,明确了灾难恢复系统的生命周期的各个环节所应解决的问题。我们阐述了容灾恢复系统的需求分析和设计方法,通过定量和定性相结合的方法来定义灾难恢复的需求。然后,我们探讨了容灾系统发展的背景技术,分析了存储体系结构和应用体系结构发展对容灾技术和容灾设计的影响,提出将容灾设计集成到系统的体系结构中去的思想。接着,我们对主要的数据容灾技术和应用容灾技术进行了对比分析,数据容灾技术包括数据备份、数据复制、数据镜像,应用容灾技术包括集群技术和负载均衡技术,指出了每种技术的特点和应用场合。最后,我们对基于Veritas的容灾方案进行了描述和分析,该方案成功应用于浙江电信计费中心。

【Abstract】 As IT system becomes a key component of business process, most stages of the business life cycle are totally dependent on IT services.Some organizations rely more on information systems whose high availability and Security become an urgent need. Disaster recovery system has significance to national defense, administrations, enterprise. The main aim of disaster recovery system is to improve system survivability, to keep business continuity and to reduce lost.A new trend to disaster recovery system is to integrate high availability into IT syetem, IT system requires shorter recovery times and points, and should undertake more risks. The evolution in storage and application architecture and newly advance in network technology has provided enough energy for technology advance in disaster recovery system.Large organizations always have very large and highly complicated IT system, Disaster recovery planning and investment decision becomes hardly to manage. There are some needs for practicable applicatin analysis and design method to recognize potential threat, to make clear the consequences of downtime, to define their recovery times and points objectives, and to determine appropriate availability investments.According to engineering idea, a living cycle model is introduced. Based on this model, a new method for disaster recovery system analysis and design is proposed and researched. Then, some important background technologies are discussed which include storage and application architecture. Their impacts to disaster recovery also are put forward. Later, we study main disaster tolerance technologies including data backup, data replication, data mirror, cluster and load balance. Their disaster recovery features are analyzed and their suitable cases are proposed. At last, we study disaster recovery system design and management. A disaster recovery solution is discussed, which is successfully put into practice in ZHEJIANG TELCOM Accounting Center.
